Absolutely crap!! Waited 30 minutes for 4 ordees (2 picante, 1 lomo saltado, and 1 salchipapa). Asked for 1 green sauce and asked me for $1. Ian and Mart were working and it is absolutely a disgrace as everyone eating at the restaurant receives a large bottle of green sauce. I asked please can I have 1 more green sauce to go or just use the green sauce bottle and Ian’s response was $1. Ian responded no because you are doing take out.
I even had given a generous tip for taking out.
Poor employees and management. How can you even ask $1 for something so basic.
NOT RECOMMENDED at all. Terrible and disappointing!!!!!!!

Food is very good. The in restaurant menu on the wall+ the plastic menu don't have prices so it is very difficult to get any idea of what I wanted to eat would cost.
Apparently if you use their website while standing at the counter and order from your phone you can see and figure out the price

Great Peruvian food, fairly quick, considering how well it's put together. The Lomo Saltado is a go-to for me at Peruvian spots, and it HITS here! The meals came with a delicious soup that looked simple, but was full of good clean flavor. We also had fried calamari to start, also good. Place is very clean, and not so formal, so easy to pop in alone or with a few friends to grab a quick QUALITY meal. P.s don't forget to liberally apply the green sauce over everything and anything!!

We got the Saltado and it was good! I wish we had gotten the vegetable version instead of the Impossible version, though! Make sure to tell them if you have dietary restrictions (don’t assume the impossible version is vegan) Loved the garlic rice! Updated from previous review on 2024-07-24
Love this place! Thank you for the delicious food?
Kid-friendliness: My kids can get loud sometimes. Ive never had an uncomfortable situation here. The people here give great service.

Today me and one of my co-workers had lunch at this location and had amazing time! All the staff was great, service was just top-notch! I had the Lomo Saltado ( Beef with fries ) it was so fresh, super hot on the plate with lean beef sauteed with red onions and cilantro and steamed rice. One of my favorites dishes and my co-worker had the Pollo Saltado ( Chicken )
Big shoot out to the cooks for making the food.
I am so glad this place had open up, I been waiting to try there food and today was the day. Food is so good and I was amazed of how fast the service is here.
Place is pack for this wonderful day.

I usually have an alright time when I dine at Inka Wasi. But the past few times, my visits have abysmal. The Bistec A La Pobre was horrible. It was so tough and had no taste. I have had better steaks in an Army Mess hall. My 8 year old cousin could cook a better steak. I wasn't expecting it to be a tender Filet Mignon but come on.Trust me. I am not some snob who can't appreciate a cheaper cut of meat. I have had the full spectrum of steaks. And its pretty hard to mess up if you know what you're doing. This was a horrible dining experience. I wished some would take more pride in their work.I hope you guys get your act together. If you want a actually good Peruvian Restaurant. Go to El Rocoto in Gardena, its worth the trip down. Similar pricing, for 10 times the quality and flavor.

Seems like a robbery based on how much we paid for the Lomo Saltado. 16$ for a plate that isn’t even full and a hand scoop of rice?

This is your sign to eat here! We drove over an hour to try inka wasi and I would drive even more for this place. I was born in Peru so I can definitely say this is the best lomo I’ve had in the states since living here for over 20 years! Cannot wait to try more stuff on the menu next time.

The Lomo Saltado was very good. The Picante de Pollo not as much, but still good enough for a casual lunch. It's set up like a fast food restaurant where you order at the front and find a table.

This place is great! I really really didn't see any prices on the menus at all. For what I posted below is almost $23 - not including tip!I asked for combo pollo and lomo. It was a nice mix!Again - great food and awesome service. Just may not have to come here that much because of the rising prices...
