Don’t recommend if you have allergies. The açaí bowl costed $13.50 unfortunately with no size option. I removed four items off a bowl due to my allergy. Only 3 ingredients left; açaí- blueberries- coconut powder bits. To eyeball it, 8-10 blueberries and a 1/2 tsp of coconut powder (I wouldn’t call it flakes)

Upon removing the items, there were no options for substitution. Was told it would cost additional. I paid hoping it was still worth the price and I would say Beach Bowl Açaí Cafe has better açaí, better flexibility for ppl with allergies, and better pricing $10.50 for a large that has more açaí.

Never ever coming here again! Girl with the long cornrow braids is soooooo rude. :((((. Terrible experience here. The one in San Pedro are more friendlier.

Ordered through Grubhub and just fantastic. I ordered an acai bowl and the pistachio milk tea and both were made exactly like I wanted and were super tasty. Cannot recommend this place enough

I had a frustrating experience at It’s Boba Time (27 Peninsula Center, Rolling Hills Estates, CA 90274) on Tuesday at 4:16 PM. I ordered the Valentine’s Day buy one get one free promotion, but it took almost 30 minutes to receive my drinks.

During that time, multiple customers who ordered in person after me including one with the exact same promotion got their drinks and left while I was still waiting. To be clear, these were not online orders; they placed their orders at the counter and received them before me.

I spoke to an employee about the delay, but nothing changed. There was no explanation, no urgency, and no effort to resolve the issue. I understand that things can get busy, but the lack of organization and fairness made this a frustrating experience. I hope management improves their service to ensure orders are handled properly.

Thank you for your response, Heather. I appreciate the apology and your willingness to make things right. However, I hope this serves as a reminder that every customer’s time matters. Waiting nearly 30 minutes while others who ordered after me received their drinks was frustrating, and better organization could have prevented that. I hope future customers have a smoother experience, and I encourage your team to ensure fairness in order fulfillment moving forward.

Boba is very good and the place is clean. Would definitely come back. I’m down in that area often so convenient for me.

The boba is good but the packaging is sooo much plastic. Can they rethink their packaging to an eco friendly option?

Quality has gone downhill. High schoolers keep this place in business so owner takes short cuts with product. Avoid food at all cost.

The cashier was really rude. I ordered a latte from the hot drinks menu and she gave me a cold beverage with ice. It was freezing cold outside that night! So, look outside to see the sun is gone, verify your menu items before charging money, and do your job right next time. Be more honest!
