The place was full and they also have a lot of online and pick up orders so we had to wait a bit. There are only two small tables so it was hard getting a seat and then we had to clean up after previous customers.
The regular sandwich was cut in half and I don’t know if it was because I ordered gluten free bread , but it was kind of dry. The other ingredients were ok, taste was good but nothing exceptional.

Had to update my review.... noticed now they put less chicken in my now more expensive chicken bacon ranch sub. This place is going down the same path as Panera, less food, worse quality, higher prices. $23 for something that will not fill me up ? No thanks, going to say good bye.

The owner responded to my last rating. I will give them another try. Everyone deserves a 2nd chance. Hope the service is better and they focus on what I want on the sandwich and not respond with smart remarks. Please do Better....

Clean store, efficient and kind staff. Clearly well managed. When the owner/manager heard it was my mom’s 88th birthday and the ham/provolone is her favorite meal, he refused to let me pay. So thoughtful and generous! That’s how it’s done Jersey Mikes!!

Doors wide open at 8:40pm exactly.
Go inside and they are shutting everything down and tell me I can’t order a basic turkey sandwich. Literally just asking for turkey/lettuce/peppers/mayo. Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t list your operating hours until 9 if you don’t operate until 9. It’s genuinely not complicated at all.

Thankfully Chicken Maison is located just over on the end of the plaza and DESPITE ALSO CLOSING AT 9 LIKE JERSEY MIKES, they were able to make me a chicken kebab platter. Which I will remind readers, actually needed to be cooked, and not just assembled, like a simple turkey sandwich.
So it goes to show JMs has no excuse. There’s nothing to cook. Just throw some cold ingredients together in 30 seconds.

Don’t bother coming here, just go to good stuff across the street at promenade mall and get the California wrap (way better than any sandwich JMs offers) or order at chicken maison.

Food was okay. I only eat the Philly Cheese Steak because they grill it, but the prices are much too expensive for what it is, especially the cold sandwiches.

That little girl with tattoos starts on her neck needs to change her attitude. She has a stank face. She could be more knowledgeable!

made an online order. a certain time of readiness was written. arrived for the order and stood for an extra 20 minutes. The employees are aimed at giving orders to visitors, and not to those who made an online order

I arrived at the sandwich shop right as they opened at 10 am. However, I was met with disappointment as someone was already ahead of me in line, ordering multiple sandwiches, each one different from the last. Faced with the choice of waiting for 30 minutes for a simple sandwich or leaving, I decided to walk away.

The thought of waiting half an hour for a single sandwich did not seem worth it to me. I made the decision to leave the shop, and I have no intention of returning in the future. The inconvenience of the long wait overshadowed any desire to try their sandwiches.
