At this Mod Pizza, our pizza preparer made a mistake and put dairy chess on my crust, once I made it known, he offered to make another pizza and it was very good. The two stars are simply because the food itself is fine for what you're paying. What wasn't fine was it taking 18 minutes for the staff member to put together the one pizza in front of me. What also wasn't fine was the same staff member using the same gloves to touch the meat, then touch the vegetables, then touch his nose before retreating to get more dough. I understand you get what you pay for, but MOD isn't cheap. There needs to be better sanitation, better management, and more emphasis on efficiency.

Ordered online two hours before pick up and pizza was still 30 minutes late. The staff was beyond rude about it.
Service was ok the girl who made our pizza was really nice and help full it was our first time here.The guy who charged us walked away as soon as I said it was card didint even ask if I wanted a recipe. Pizza was really good. Then we saw tell we’re givin a show where the girl who made out pizza was kissing all over her coworker in the booth across from us. They were all up on each other before I took the picture.I ONLY took the picture because I was writing the review while sitting in the restaurant.

Service is fast and the food options are great! I have a garlic sensitivity (IBS is lame) and the fact that olive oil is an option for their pizza sauce as well as having a list of ingredients for each of their toppings online is very helpful (Especially if you have dietary restrictions). Not to mention their app is easy to use and the restaurant staff is attentive, the restaurant is clean & chill to match the vibe of Mod's brand. Give it a try!
