Bagels need to be served with more cream cheese, and the chive cream cheese is not as tangy and thick as it should be, but overall, the bagels are tasty.

Update on 3/15/2025 - I contacted Noah's as suggested and never received a reply.

I ordered the gourmet half dozen bagel with shmear for pick up. Got home and saw there was no shmear and the bagels were not the ones that says it's included on the ordering site. They even included a roll that's not even a bagel. Went back and they insisted that it is just whatever gourmet bagels they have and you need to call to ask for specific ones. This is ridiculous because it states "Half Dozen Gourmet Bagels & Shmear 6 Freshly Baked Gourmet Topped Bagels including 2 Cheddar Jalapeno, 1 Jalapeno Bacon, 1 Spinach and Swiss, 1 Six Cheese and 1 Power Bagel along with 1 tub of Double-Whipped Plain Shmear." There is no way to edit the bagel selection and no Disclaimer that says it includes a random selection and you have to call. I'm pretty sure they were just lying because they're busy. I'm very disappointed as I do order Noah's on a weekly basis.

Worst service in the L.A. County!

I stood at the counter for a good 5-6 minutes before anyone behind the counter acknowledged my presence.

I stepped back and took out my phone to begin recoding.

There were two cashiers, yet, somehow no one could take my order.

They finally took the order after serving TWO other customers that came after me.

I had to wait 20 minutes for a bagel and a schmear. So disgusting!

Share with other reviews this place does not always fill your order correctly. It’s unfortunate but you have to check it.
This is the second time same thing happened to me this eeek. I ordered a box of bagels this week. When I got home, I found there were only 12 bagels instead of 13. Same thing happened in the past. Another time I went in for Monday box of bagels special. Although I scanned my store membership, the guy still charge me regular price. Sloppy service and even on the brink of being unethical.
