placed order ahead and said ready by 3:14 went in at 3:20 one of my drinks weren't ready on top of that they didn't add my cold foam, the workers were just chit chatting.

The good: I tried a cinnamon caramel cold brew here and enjoyed it a lot! I think it comes in one standard size. I liked how much cream was on top and I enjoyed the fun flavor combo. I enjoy how Starbucks always has seasonal offerings. I was able to get some work done here and liked that the tables were by outlets and bathrooms didn't require a code. There are probably more outdoor tables here than indoor ones. The bad: The inside only had 4-5 tables. Only one table was fit for 2-4 people but the remainder was for 1-2 and they're all right next to each other. The interior is small and is better for take-out rather than indoor chats and studying or getting work done. There's no drive-thru. The parking lot is often crowded. The area where people wait for their drinks is also in front of the area where you might order so it was confusing to know who was in line. The interesting: There was no cinnamon powder in or on top and no caramel sauce. I was surprised by this. I supposed the flavor comes from a syrup that is integrated into the foam? The foam was purely white so I'm unsure where the flavor was integrated.

[Review #798] 2023-086 Drink Order: MANGO DRAGONFRUIT LEMONADE (lemonade, mango dragonfruit refreshers base, strawberry purée sauce, freeze dried dragonfruit pieces) I'm not a coffee drinker, but was on a walk with some of the C1 Cantonese parents to "shoot the breeze" & get some steps in. 2 were looking to get a cuppa joe & Starbucks happen to be on our walking path so we dropped in for some drinks. The coffee shop is located on the north side of Peninsula Shopping between Peninsula Ctr. & Deep Valley Dr. No matter the time on Saturday mornings, there's usually a line but the baristas here are pretty efficient that the wait is usually no more than 10 - 15 mins. I had one of their refreshers -- Valencia -- at the Torrance location near Wilson Park years ago & it was quite awful (refer to Review #16). This time I tried the Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade, & it was a better drink but not my cup of tea. There was just something off, maybe because of the green coffee extract? For that price, I rather drive down the hill & pick-up a boba tea. Also, on this occasion there were smokers puffing away near the entrance, which made the experience worse. Gawd, I don't understand why people smoke in the first place, but they need to do it away from others since they're polluting the air. :-X Will I be back, more than likely (because of my Canto group), just not sure if I'll place an order or hang around due to the chain smokers. Recommended: Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade.

apathetic staff , Sorry to say look like they just got out of jail not suited to palos verdes . The drinks are half filled taste like hot water . with district manager would've been nice to have some kind of refund nothing was offered... perhaps this location might go out business like some of the others you get what you give. Update I just added this review and lightning strike me dead. I wrote this before reading the other ones now but if anyone can't see an extremely strong theme of consistency here I don't know who could . They should shut this place down or get a new staff . If you want to pay for hot water, go here. another option is to have them go work downtown LA where ghetto awaits .

took 30 minutes to get a mobile order. i asked nicely to check and didnt even get a response or acknowledgment. disgusting employees if you are unhappy with your job, then quit. i just wanted my coffee.

Very unfortunate remodel, lacking seating, counter spanning the length of space is very sterile. Although there are 7 people working none can look up to acknowledge your existence.

The remodel is awful and the service is just plain unacceptable...... we need to demand better customer service from this location. This place should be avoided....

This store is in a great location. The workers are super nice. Sadly my drink was terrible. It tasted like it was watered down. Also it was incredibly bitter. In my opinion it was like the espresso machine hasn't been cleaned out in a long time. I threw it out. I just couldn't drink it.

Better experience today. The Drink was made incorrectly but I brought it to their attention and they made a new one which is tasty. And they did this quickly.

Highly disappointed in this store , when it comes to online orders make sure you make the right sandwiches this store definitely needs to get together if I could give it a thousand thumbs down I definitely would sad to say not going back they either make drinks with the wrong ingredients or stay walking in circles talking to another taking there time making orders.

Worst Starbucks ever. Always overcrowded and understaffed. Today I came into redeem my birthday reward and the young kid working the register copped attitude and didn't know what he was doing. I'm going to try to avoid this place

This workers here move so slow. It took 15 minutes just to get a frap, and they made it wrong too!

It was busy afternoon after 5PM. Full of people but can't complain about that. 3 employees were working so hard. I ordered ONE iced Americano which took 15 minutes, and guess what I received? A full of ice. The guy read wrong and gave me a cup of ice. (I have no single clue how come he did that.) And, I told him that I ordered ICED AMERICANO. And, he poured water, espresso and MILK and gave it to me. hmmm,,, I told him again that I ordered Iced Americano and he told me that was the ice americano. All of sudden, I thought Starbucks changed their recipe of americano or sth. I don't know what happened to this branch. Only thing he needed to do just putting the water/espresso/ice all together in a cup. At the end, he gave me a cup of Americano flavored water. See attached. I've been reading all reviews on this branch and it seems like it has been happened for a long time with lots of issues. Manager or whoever needs to take an action on these.

This Starbucks is usually hit or miss but after this last visit I won't even try. Ordered two iced teas and waited 20 minutes for them to both come out incorrectly. I have no idea why this took 20 minutes when they have at least 5 people behind the bar and it's not even rush hour. They just continuously mess up drinks and have to remake them and at one point every single person behind the bar crowded up to look at a single order. Like just let a manager figure it out, there's no reason for everyone to stop what they're doing just to look at an order ticket. Just go to the Starbucks inside of Pavilions or Target, they're usually consistent and it's in the same block anyway.
