Dear Subway,
Your workers are VERY RUDE! They treat your customers according to race. If you’re Hispanic they are SO RUDE!!! Please fix this. We won’t be back. They also need to smile and greet customers well.
Horrible costumer service! They do not honor the coupons they send out. My husband ordered 2 sandwiches and when he got to the cashier to pay they said the pastrami will not be covered by the coupon. The coupon has 5 orders that's mentioned and pastrami is not one. But they still refused to let him use the coupon.
I was far away from home. This is a really good Subway. They got the order right and the food was great. The app was easy to navigate.
Ordered a tuna sandwich, and all their veggies on italian herb bread. Tasted great. Got my daily veggies in and the server was very nice. Love the new dining area.

I had a highly disappointing experience at this Subway location. The staff were stingy with their vegetable portions, leaving my sub far from satisfying. When I politely requested more veggies, I was met with rudeness and told, "This is not a salad!" They said if I wanted more veggies I needed to pay for a meat sandwich. I’ve always been accommodated with reasonable amounts of veggies as other Subways.This experience showcased not only poor food quality but also terrible customer service. I advise fellow vegetarians to consider alternative dining options, as this Subway seems uninterested in meeting our needs.
Just got a DoorDash tuna sandwich. Can’t really find the tuna in it?! They must have run out of tuna and felt it was ok to just lightly flavor my sandwich with whatever they had left.
Beware of the signs all over to buy 2 subs get one free promotion…it is mis leading…if you do not tell the workers up front they will not mention it nor honor…when I asked them they said unless you mention their owner has told them not to honor and they will not tell you who to contact and they had no authority…bad customer service for a small business!
One thing could make Subway perfect for me: Better Pastrami. Wheat they have is OK, but I wish I could get better. I am OK with paying more for it if I only had the option.
If there is one place that I can go to whenever it is Subway. Sometimes not sure what I want, but know I am hungry, you will probably find me at Subway.

Sandwiches are ok, not the best
Had been a while since I had been in. Was happy to see the guy behind the counter. We exchanged pleasantries and he remembered how I want my sandwich made and did just that.
Did I come to get food peacefully or did I come for a guy to give me a ridiculous attitude just because he’s having a bad day? The Latin worker acts like I owe him something and I’m pretty sure he’s the manager. U guys lost a customer.
Good service at least for me.
