This store is always s-l-o-w. They claim because they are sooo busy. But whether you go in or place an order in the app, prepare to wait...and wait...and wait... multiple time cold food at pickup after sitting 15 to 20 minutes waiting after checking in. No, I cannot just go inside as I have a dog and kid in the car! Poor poor service

I never write reviews. I have no problem with the food at habit I think it’s great. Yet, this time at Habit in the drive thru my family and I had a horrible experience. The girl was super rude and all over the place. We asked for a family meal and she charged it all separately . Missing a fry(you’re supposed to get 4 we got three) we asked for a separate tempura green bean(didn’t get it). We get ranch for all of the items, 2 for the nuggets and a couple more for the others, we got 2 ranch total. And then it total she was super rude, not friendly at all. We ended up getting charged over 60 dollars somehow for 4 burgers 3 fries, and 10 nuggets. To keep in mind this is usually a meal that is typically 30-45 bucks. And we didn’t even get everything that was owed to us. Hope this was just a bad day with the girl, but still. Not happy with the customer serve at all.

I recently visited this location and even thought it was busy and a wait time over 10 minutes it was definitely worth it. My order was hot and on point. Cashier was very friendly and patient. The manager was great too, she kept encouraging her staff while working with them. The place looked very clean which was a plus. Definitely coming back.

They used to be good, but they have gone downhill. Service isn't what it used to be. Had an issue with my order, was directed to complete a form by manager and never received a response back, and issue was never resolved.

Avoid habit like the plague! Ever since the owners sold the franchise it has been going down hill for the past year! $1 charge for ranches!? Even after ordering a $20 meal!? Turning the the meal cup size from a 16oz to an 8 oz cup!?
Not to mention almost all the prices are more expensive. If you want a decent burger, fries, and a drink for $10 ( its almost $15 at habit) go to chili's or bj's for their meal deals. So much better value for your money than this place.
Not to mention the bot/npc this franchise location had hired to handle complaints (which just redirects you to habits "feedback" section of the website).
