No menu, two girls there. Without a menu there was no way to ask for the cost for price of anything. Gambling machines and California lottery items sold there. Smoking was allowed even though there was a no smoking sign. Coffee is $6 each and other drinks were $5 each.

Great place the owners and employees are just FABULOUS... This cafe offers California Lottery scratchers, tickets, and hotspot playing... They also have sports on flat screens playing all day. The customers are friendly and the waitresses are beautiful... i recommend this place to every and anyone

That was weird. Not sure what they do, but Don't go for the coffee.
A "lingerie" coffee place in El Monte. Allows smoking and has gaming machine. Only one girl worked there when I went and she was in actual lingerie. She was pretty but she was on her phone the whole time and had the attitude that she hated her life. Coffee was fairly expensive at $5 a cup. The place was dirty and full of cigarette smoke. The whole place was kind of depressing. Definitely not going to come back.
The pictures looked inviting, however when I walked in, there were about 7-10 men seated together and most of them were smoking. The waitress was dressed in something lacy and somewhat inappropriate for a cafe. It was 9 a.m. and I think they had cocktails but no breakfast. I felt like I had walked into a cafe that was a "front" for a prostitution ring! Seriously... I'm not joking! Was going to inform the local law enforcement but decided not to.

I don't know this Café Givral still on business or not. I happened to came to get something in the same plaza and wasn't pay attention is Café Givral but only see it said Vietnamese sandwich. However; it kind of dark and a bunch of men nothing to do just hang out there and spit saliva on the ground. It very bad place to stop by. I would never step in that plaza again. I hope this plaza will bring in more higher class business near future instead of dark coffee shop. So scare to came by from now on.

I'm not sure this place is there to sell coffee or food for that matter. Walked in thinking it was a coffee shop and soon realized it was a cross between a dirty underground gambling hall and a brothel. It was dark and filled with men smoking up a storm and 2 scantily dressed women at the front desk. I turn myself right around and out the door as I knew I was definitely not their type of customer. I actually wanted a cup of coffee not (cough) to cup a couple of 34Cs! This was 11am in morning, by the way.
