Very lazy with making the ice cream. Most of the ice cream is plain because they didn't really crush the Oreos and they aren't mixed in. they remade my order 3 times because they don't listen or communicate with each other very well. Won't be back.

I went there yesterday and the girl serving the ice cream had an attitude for no reason. She even tossed the bag at me when I was done paying. Mind you, it was just me inside of the store at the time, it wasn’t busy. She also gave me the wrong flavor. And was just being very rude. Very disappointed with this location☹️

Great ice cream! Cold stone never fails on providing great service, however staff here is very very low. Probably just one or two people are serving, so expect longer wait times than usual if there’s a lot of people. Other than that, staff is friendly and do their best to be efficient and quick. I notified that they support local business, if you buy a pizza nearby (business on flyer) you’ll get a discount there at cold stone upon showing receipt.

What's up: Here for a fundraiser! What better way to show support than to eat yummy ice cream on this hot day? Sounds delicious :)Parking: Located in the Rosemead Place Shopping Center, parking is shared among the nearby businesses. Luckily, there's plenty of spots, so no need to worry too much about parking. Environment: Walk up to the counter to place your order. The menu is located overhead on the wall. If you're curious about the flavors, you can ask for a sample. The restroom is located near the bulletin board (ask the staff for the code). Staff members were friendly. Mostly grab and go, but there are tables and chairs right outside. What was ordered:- Peanut Butter Cup Perfection (chocolate and yummy peanut butter in every bite)Yay/Nay/Meh: Yay. The ice cream was yummy and I got to help towards the fundraiser. Friendly staff but they can get busy at times. Credit cards are accepted.

*ICE CREAM QUALITY*I paid $13 dollars for a large, waffle ice cream but was left with a rather mediocre experience. This was my first time going to a coldstone and I wanted to try their halloween-special flavors. My three scoops were Boo Batter, Cotton Candy, and Apple Cinnamon. The reason for the low rating is that I had asked for specific add-ons but the server was very meager in providing. When I asked for a chips ahoy cookie topping, the server gave just 1 singular cookie (which I paid an additional $2 for..) and when I asked for other toppings like graham cracker bits and white chocolate, I couldn't really even taste it in my ice cream. *SERVICE*It really looked like the server didn't want to be there, and lackadaisically assembled my ice cream. I understand, but his attitude really switched up my fresh excitement of trying coldstone for the first time to just feeling a bit dreadful. I hope he has a better day than the one day that I went. *AMBIANCE*This creamery is decked out for halloween, it was awesome to see all the signage and hanging decorations of spooky and cute halloween themes. The "music" that they play is quite funny, where it's mostly ambient sounds of eerie-sounding wind, trees creaking, and odd animal/witch noises. They take their themes seriously.*PARKING*Parking is easy peasy, you'll find this cold stone in a large complex where spots are abundant! Tip: Make sure you check in on yelp, as you can score a $5 off $25 order one-time use coupon!

Absolutely love cold stone and it's always my go to ice cream place when I have a craving! My favorite is the cake batter ice cream with cookie dough!!! Employees are always very friendly and welcoming every time I come. However, I was a bit disappointed my last visit when I wanted to confirm that the cookie dough did not contain raw eggs since I'm pregnant but the employees stated they don't have the nutritional information. That was a bit shocking so I decided to skip the cookie dough this visit and went with chocolate chip cookies. It was yummy as always!

With Yelp Check In you get $5 off $25 spend. Love the Display. I personally like my ice cream plain as can be so I get the French Vanilla Like It. The portions are large and the ice cream is not bad. Service can take longer than due to the bottleneck of customized orders. The staff was extremely friendly and busy. The place is clean and the bathroom code is: 418#Overall, enjoy coming here for a tasty treat!

I always come here for ice cream, whether it is to get a cup of ice cream or a pint of ice cream. They do have a lot of ice cream selections and they constantly have new ones to try, depending on the season. I passed by this location a few times recently and there always seem to be a lot of customers which is normal because the weather is getting warmer each day, each week. But, I do think there should be another person in the front to help out. When I was here a few days ago, there was only one person in the front and doing all the work. The customers in front of me ordered a lot of items (I mean can you blame them when Cold Stone has good ice cream?) and I genuinely feel bad that there is only one person doing all those orders. I was in line for a good 25-30 minutes. If there was another person helping out, I don't think there will be such a long wait. I would still come back here, but I do hope to see at least two people working in the front especially when summer is just around the corner.

Staff is friendly. They have lots of ready to go ice cream ? cakes ?. I was able to order my oreo ice cream cake when I called at 11 am when they opened and it was ready to go ⏩ an hour later. The decorations on the cake were not included. But they do give free spoons ?! I got the small one for $36 bucks but I was able to slice it for 7. I kept it in the freezer for about an hour or more after I picked it up and got to my destination. It stayed cold long enough for me to set up all the candles ?️ and set up everyone's plates and spoons. Nephew said it tasted like a Oreo mcflurry.

Our large group came and ordered as one. We gave our orders, the worker would make it, set it down on the counter behind them (not hand it to the person ordering), and then get the next person's order. There was no attempt to keep the ice cream frozen nor to keep track of the flavors. Good thing the two people allergic to nuts and peanuts in our group saw what was happening and declined to order because by the time they gave us our orders, they don't know which is which and everybody just had to suck it up and eat whatever they were handed, whether or not it was what they ordered.Ice cream is still great though. And they honored a coupon (for a free cone, as if that made a dent on the bill, LOL).This branch is located in a large center with a free parking lot. There was no line to order.

On February 27 I special ordered a cake and when I went to pick it up it wasn't even made. The manager did feel bad and returned our money back and gave us a cake from the freezer. The problem is that the manager should have credited my mother's credit card account, not given use cash back. Now we have to pay for a special order cake we didn't get. The cake that was given to us was less expensive than the custom order cake we paid for. I complained to customer service, but it's been a month and I haven't received a response. Unbelievable!

Straight trash how I ask for a hot lava cake with ice cream and they give me the smallest and coldest piece of cake. Then my husband ordered a hot cookie and it was nowhere near hot more like cold hard old cookie. Definitely not going back to cold stone their ice cream is basic nothing crazy.
