I donāt have a problem with this place food, I love Daveās Hot Chicken, but I just recently went and had a really bad experience with in regards to customer service. As soon as I came in I noticed new menu items and asked about them which the lady at the counter explained well, but the problem came when I asked if I could get a ranch, she asked if I wanted the small or large one and she brought them out so I could see both, I very clearly pointed to her that I wanted the bigger one and she took note. Once my order was called I took my bag food and sat down and noticed that I wasnāt given any ranch at all but I was charged for it, so I went to say that I was missing a ranch. They told me that I had ordered the small one and that it was given to me which It wasnāt, and I said that I had told the lady I wanted the bigger one and even she said that I ordered the small one and that they gave it to me. To top it off the guy said he could just ring me up for the large one. I then went to pay for the large one and I asked if they would refund me for the smaller one, which he then spent 5 minutes trying to figure out how to refund me or pay the difference. This was a simple matter where i could have just been given the ranch and not gone through all that waste of time and also ruined my mood while eating my food. I work fast food as well and its simple to say sorry to the customer admit fault and give the item which in this case was literally just a sauce. Please do check the cameras regarding this matter if you donāt believe me. Order 289, 11:15pm yesterday, thank you.
