I asked the server if I could substitute the broccoli for Mac and cheese, on my dinner. His reply was yes you can... What he failed to tell me is that there will be an additional charge for that..
So it ends up being that I pay full price for the dinner but I don't get the broccoli but then I get charged 70 cents for Substituting the broccoli For the Mac and cheese.
I did not notice it till after I swiped my card paid the bill and gave him a tip..
SO Be aware ..

In Rosemead after going to Walmart, we ate out here for breakfast. Checking out the new place and how the food was well-cooked and delicious, and portions were sensible, not over the top. The members of staff who looked after us on consecutive and were really nice - attentive without being overbearing. This is a obviously a well -run branch of Dennys with good chefs, and friendly staff resulting in happy customers. We also thought this was pretty good value for money, considering the current state of many families

I ordered the country fried steak with two sides. I chose broccoli and seasoned fries. When the bill came there were 49 cents added to the seasoned fries. I think the server should let me know there's an extra charge for the seasoned fries.

The food was a little bit of a hit and miss. The country fried steak was really good but my scrambled eggs were over done. They only had white or wheat as bread option. Otherwise the service was exceptional… well let me emphasize. The service from server Ray (which he wasn’t my server) was excellent. He went out of his way to ask me if I needed something when he must have noticed I was looking for my server. I asked him if he could relay a message. He went ahead and got me what I had requested and brought it to me. I can’t much about my server, young female didn’t necessarily give me a warm welcoming feeling.
One thing I have to say, they don't validate the discounts or rewards you have with the app. I had a birthday reward for a slam breakfast that costs $6.99, yet, I was only given a $2 discount. The ticket amounted to nearly $22, but when the "discount, reward" was applied, the ticket was nearly $20. It did not include the tip. The tip was left on the table in cash form. Very disappointed.
