This store #7823 does not even deserve a star for bad customer service. I walked into pick up my order and was told that they can’t find it so it has to be the other store on Las Tunas. All they asked for was my name and said it’s not there so headed to the other store and was told there’s no order but was helpful in pulling up my phone number and to make sure it was their store in my order before I left and this one person manning the store. So I headed back to first store and called the store where the guy answered and I told him my situation where he said ‘ma’am I just clocked in so idk”. Picked up pizza and of course it was cold but not risking them redo it. There were 3 people working at that store and can’t even take the initiative to check my order the first time. I will not be returning to this store and wouldn’t recommend it either!

Waited two hours, delivery driver said he didn’t have my order. Then I called the store and hung up on me, I called back for an update and they never picked up. Later the driver came back with an angry look, didn’t say a word. I don’t even have the right order and it’s cold

They mark your pizza as done online several minutes before it comes out of the oven. This way, it looks like they're speedy when the boss runs the numbers, but in reality, customers have to wait.

I spent nearly $40 on two medium pizzas, so I expected a certain level of quality. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. One of the staff members was noticeably rude, and our pizzas weren’t even cut—something I’ve never encountered at any other Domino’s location. The food appeared rushed and lacked the care typically associated with the brand. I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, especially after the initial interaction, but the overall experience didn’t improve. Definitely not up to the standard I’ve come to expect from Domino’s.

Delivery Issue, Missing Item & Unprofessional Service
Hi, I had an order delivered today that took over an hour to arrive, which was frustrating enough. But on top of that, the driver didn’t call or text when they got here—instead, they went to the front house, knocked on their door, and confused the people who live there. It was embarrassing for me and awkward for them.
I live in the back house, but I never asked for the food to be brought to the back. I usually just walk out to grab it when the driver calls or texts. This one didn’t do either. Instead, they told me I should’ve left a note saying I’m in the back house. But if I’m not asking them to come back here, what’s the point of that? A quick call or text would’ve solved the whole thing.
Also, my order was missing the shredded Parmesan Asiago, so it wasn’t even correct. After all that waiting, I didn’t even get the full order I paid for.
Please make sure your drivers contact customers on arrival, and double-check orders before they go out. This was disappointing all around.
We were out in the area and decided to get pizza. We usually order from the Domino's near Altadena since we live out there. Our usual is a bbq sauce pizza with chicken and a pepperoni with bell peppers. The pizza here seemed undercooked, it didn't have the golden brown crust that we are used to. It also was missing bell pepper toppings. The bbq chickem sauce was non existent. They drizzle it on top instead of slapping it on as the base sauce like we are used to (the one in Altadena does it this way and it is delicious). When we found out the toppings were missing, we tried calling but the phone just rang and rang and rang. We tried for about 15min. Unfortunately we had to go back home to Pasadena so we couldn't stop by in person to point out the discrepancies. We will NOT be ordering from here again. The employees need better training on preparing pizzas.

Okay pizza, there’s better locations. My complaint is that I ordered a pizza with jalapeño, pineapple and mushroom and received a pizza with just pineapple and big jalapeño chunks, and no mushroom.
