This location needs to be shut down at this point! They always always forget items when you order online or doordash. Always forgetting tortillas, tacos, sauces, and when you call their number, they don't answer and the recording says the number has not been set up for voicemail. Just a terrible place!

I enter the restaurant at 8:55 pm they close at 9:30 pm . When I order a 2 piece chicken meal the guy manager in charge said there were no more chicken for the night .. the question is… is this a chicken place?? Is funny how they don’t have any chicken to sell . Bad service losing sales FYI . Something to take a look owners !!!

I’m not sure how their food is better than other locations but it is !!! Fast and delicious 🤤 and if you dine in you’ll hear a lot of good cheese-me from the staff :) and they are clean and helpful to the public even to disabled elderly, I seen them take care of everyone !! If all locations cared like this, I’d imagine a lot more profit for the corporate big wigs. This is a great location, I just moved to this area from 30 years in Korea town, may god bless that heck hole !

Flavourful chicken and tasty sides. Whenever we come back to the US, we’ve got to have some El Pollo Loco. It’s better than the UK chicken chain Nando’s.

After having a bad experience at the Pollo Loco in Montebello, my family and I decided to try the Pollo Loco here in Rosemead. The atmosphere was cozy and the service was good. I really recommend this location. I live in Montebello and the drive was worth it. I had a good meal with my family.

Visited a couple weeks ago, the male manager said “they suck on you” in spanish when I asked for serranos. Which is inappropriate/harassment, probably thought I wouldn’t hear him, wouldn’t surprise me if he has done this before. I have reached out to pollo loco and was told they are reviewing footage/audio. That was more than 2 weeks ago, don’t think it takes that long to analyze a 10 second clip. I have reached out a few more times but believe they don’t want to make things right. I wouldn’t want this to happen to someone else especially the elderly or a kid. That is why I am bringing awareness.

The Best El Pollo location in the area. They actually care about what they serve. I always order the Tostada Salad and this location never ever disappoints. (The one in Atlantic square is the worst, the one in Alhambra sucks. ) I will travel further out for lunch to have better quality food.
