Love this banh mi shop. They make the bread in house so it’s nice and fluffy with a crisp crust. The meatball sandwich on french roll is perfection - just like vietnam! CASH ONLY.

The bread her is fantastic. The crust is crunchy and the inside is fluffy, tasty and fragrent. It is especially delicious when it's warm just out tof the oven. Their sandwiches are really good too.

If this is not the best banh mi in all of Sgv and Oc, I don’t know of any place that can beat them. All cash by the way so come prepared. Their dac biet is the perfect sandwich and their daikon and carrots are light and bouncy with fresh jalapeno with the right amount of pate and butter. They have it down to perfection, nothing less. Had an open house and served it for homebuyers and they were blown away! Highly recommend! Cafe sua da is gold too, loved the shaved ice in the coffee and not too sweet. The ladies in the back are super sweet and you can buy the baguettes and freeze them, then 350 f for 6 mins in toaster or airfryer. Get the egg rolls, and pa te so is good too. My clients loved their vegetarian banh mi too!

Vegetarian options: Just get he vegetarian banh mi! Only vegetarian thing to get or just plain baguettes! It will be worth it!

Meh. I was looking for some place to get lunch on my way back from Palm Springs to LA and found this place on Yelp. The Charcoal Pork Bahn Mi was mediocre on a so-so baguette. On impulse I also grabbed the giant steamed pork bun and that also wasn’t very good. There isn’t any atmosphere to speak of and while there is space for them, there are no tables and chairs. It’s strictly takeout only. Plenty of parking as most of the other businesses are gone in this strip-mall.

Hue Thai is my favorite place for banh mi now. I ordered the thit nuong & dac biet. Something about the dac biet banh mi hits different. I also notice that they put this sauce in it that has kind of a soy sauce taste to it. I'm not sure if there are any other banh mi places that do this but it reminds me of when I was in vietnam and would always get a banh mi from the street food vendors, the sauce tastes exactly like that.
