Honestly I’ve never had a bad experience with In and Out until I visited this location for the first time. I usually get in and out @ Kettleman location and they are ALWAYS top notch there with service and delicious food. But this time the Rosemead location gave me food poisoning and diarrhea for 5 days straight. I have gone to the toilet at LEAST 3 times a day and it’s NOT a fun time. My friend who ordered in and out with me ALSO HAS DIARRHEA for 5 days straight. WE ARE BOTH SUFFERING. I don’t know what the issue is whether it’s food safety, hygiene, protocols, etc. I will never go to this location again

Tis place is most customers drive through and one windows for walk in order and no eat-in. There is a small place burger place but service is very good ,most of time are very busy and long line cars are waiting .

as always, in n out is quality for the price. I got the double meat, animal style, and animal fries, medium well. The issue with this place is that it is drive thru first, so you have to be careful around the cars. there also really isn't any seating, just a bench to wait on. none of this really matters, since it's clear the point is take out.

In & Out burgers are great, too bad some of the restaurants are a complete mess. Take the one here at Rosemead, I wouldn't have to be forced to come here if Alhambra didn't close for 10 months for remodeling. The differences in accessibility is utterly astonishing. Rosemead has this stupid drive thru system that splits around the building. Causing not only huge traffic on Rosemead Blvd, but adding significant risk to patrons waiting in line to order. Car exiting the driveways come within inches from you as you wait. Even ordering is difficult as there is only one window to order and get your food, so everyone is getting in each other's way just to order or get their order. Completely inefficient compared to Alhambra triple front staff set up. You can see the helpless frustration of the staff as well as the customers. This antiquated system needs to go. Come on In & Out step it up!

On spot ! We were driving a million thousand miles ( from Albuquerque ) for burgers so it seemed?! Well worth the trip! Kind customer service snd delicious food made to our order never made a mistake! Yum ! Oh and thank you for paying a Living Wage! 😍
Every time I order at In-N-Out at this point I clearly say “no spread, no spread”, and still—almost without fail—my food comes with spread. I’m tired of repeating myself just to be ignored. What’s the point of asking for preferences if they’re never followed? But what truly shocked me was one particular experience: after realizing I hadn’t ordered the burger with spread, I overheard staff making a comment like “Chinese is crazy.” Excuse me? Is this the kind of behavior that’s tolerated in your store? That’s not just poor service—that’s blatant disrespect and racial discrimination. This isn’t just about a mistake in an order anymore. It’s about how you treat people. I don’t go to a restaurant to be mocked or disrespected for my ethnicity—especially over something as simple as a food preference. This needs to be addressed, seriously.
