Today is Veterans Day, and in my 16 years of active duty and veteran life, I’ve rarely gone out to collect free meals—maybe once or twice total. I know some people visit multiple restaurants for Veterans Day offers, but it was never something I was really interested in.
Today, I was simply craving a burger, so I stopped by my local In-N-Out. While ordering at the drive-thru, I noticed the order taker had a badge honoring veterans. I asked if they were doing anything special today, and—without hesitation—he told me they would be happy to offer me a free meal of any choice.
When I got to the window, the young cashier was extremely kind, respectful, and appreciative. She thanked me for my service and made the interaction feel genuine and heartfelt.
Honestly, I’ve never had an experience like this. I always assumed restaurants weren’t very enthusiastic about giving away free meals on Veterans Day, but In-N-Out made me feel truly appreciated. Their sincerity showed, and it meant a lot.
Thank you, In-N-Out, for honoring veterans in such a meaningful way. I won’t forget it.

Don’t understand why a business posts their closing hours at 1:30 am just to close at 1:20 or sooner.

This is by far the worst in n out ever. I went to the window thinking it would save me time since there was no on there and the car line was long. It took them so damn long and my many times asking them if my food was ready they kept saying almost. 30+ minutes later they hand me cold burger and cold fries!!! This place is joke. I had to ask for a refund at in n out they said they could remake it for me so what I could wait another 30 minutes for a simple burger and fries. THE WORST IN N OUT PERIOD. I will never visit this place again. I'm so done.
The guy was confused about my order. By the time he got it figured out he forgot to give me my change back. The food it always fantastic and always correct. I get dinner for 11 people and it's always all there and correct.

I had a protein Burger cheese animal style add animal style fries I guess everyone's pallet is different my palette isn't for In-N-Out let me Patty itself used to be almost the size of my palm now it has shrunk the Fry's all come together I've seen better back in the day but today no more after this sorry not sorry 😐

Its in n out, one of the best fast food burgers in LA.
Shakes are probably the best in fast food.
Nothing particularly different about this branch but the entry off the left side road is usually a shorter line.
