When ordering for delivery they NEVER include napkins straws or condiments. On more than one occasion I did not receive straws or napkins. I was charged for Buttermilk and did not recive it

Too slow. On a Friday evening commute I just want to get my Friday Victory Snack and get back on the freeway. I wish JITB had a faster system

Rude employees, nice manager. Food as good as any Jack in the Box. The employee that took my order was in such a bad mood, did not speak up, and had a rude tone. I don't know who hurt him to act like that, but it bothered me so much I'd rather drive elsewhere than go back to this place.
