When ordering for delivery they NEVER include napkins straws or condiments. On more than one occasion I did not receive straws or napkins. I was charged for Buttermilk and did not recive it

Rude employees, nice manager. Food as good as any Jack in the Box. The employee that took my order was in such a bad mood, did not speak up, and had a rude tone. I don't know who hurt him to act like that, but it bothered me so much I'd rather drive elsewhere than go back to this place.

Little staff. You have to wait longer than the established time, I paid for my tacos and a boboa tea, but 30 min. From my break. And I told the young man I was serving. Just give me the stupid tea. And I gave him the tacos because they never gave them to me, what a pity. IT IS THE WORST PLACE AND A LOT OF BAD ATTENTION. MORE SALARY FOR LITTLE PERSONNEL. THEY ARE PUNISHING US.
