Had a gift card I wanted to use and I love Italian subs, so I tried the original Italian. There was an Italian meat I had in the past that had a raw texture to it and I wasn't sure what it was called. Wasn't sure if one of the toppings in it was in there, but there was one that sounded like it and they offered to put it on the side since I couldn't remember what it was called. I appreciated their concern. It still was a pretty awesome sandwich. Definitely gonna get it again. When they were serving me, I could see that someone was getting trained, but it didn't impact my ordering process at all,which I also appreciated. Always professional, always great service. The food is great, but when u order online and u show up 10 minutes after it should've been ready and its not. Not ideal for someone that only wants to pick up, makes no sense and not very good customer service. Customers were ordering there and leaving before my online order.

When we crave a yummy sandwich, we come here to get the Big Kahuna w all the works and jalapeños on the side. The sandwich hits the spot and you can see the steam coming from the grilled steak & veggies from within each bite of your sandwich. Staff super friendly here...will most definitely come back!

I've been to this Jersey Mike's a couple of times over the years and usually have a good experience. More often times than not, the staff says hello upon walking inside. The menu in the store can be printed bigger as ordering takes place at the other end, sometimes I'm squinting to see better. Sign of old age, haha.A few months ago, I had to order 4-5 regular/large sandwiches and the staff was patient with each of my order/requests. Thank you!Not all staff remembers to ask you if you're a rewards member so you may need to offer your phone number first. To me, that's not a big deal. This location gets busy during peak hours of weekday lunch rush, which leads to parking shortage as many other fast eateries share the same area of this plaza.I'll probably come back again the next time I'm craving one of their sandwiches.#19/2023
