It’s good food wise but for how expensive it’s is service sucks.

Food was alright. Lots of variety. Luckily we didn't encounter bugs in our food or dirty tables and tableware. Only thing was that the cooked seafood dishes were very salty. Heh I made ceviche and used the egg roll skins as the chip.

The food is subpar on a Sunday afternoon. Selections are plenty but that does not make up for the abysmal quality and poor taste of the food itself. Will most likely will not visit again. All the meats, including the shrimps, they used excessive amounts of baking soda to marinate, thus leaving a subtle bitter aftertaste in your mouth. The beef short rip is rubbery and does not taste or has normal texture like regular meat. Not sure what substance or chemical they used to tenderize the meat so that it has this kind of unusual texture.

Came here for a quick dinner on the road, lady upfront asked what drinks we wanted and said that it would be one o four. We thought that meant $1.04 for the drinks. She charged us $104 upfront, which it is a buffet so okay. Upon gathering our food sitting at our table and eating, we found a spider in one of our dishes, we pointed this out to a server and they walked to the back, came back a while later and said “it’s not a spider” and tried to explain to us that it was burnt chicken… will not ever go here again.

Overall, not a bad experience, but several issues stood out.
The food was served cold and tasted stale, which was disappointing. The staff, particularly the waiters, came across as rude and seemed annoyed when we asked for simple things like refills or utensils. The bathrooms were in need of cleaning, and the area around the ice cream station looked dirty and even mouldy. Also, the sushi chef behind the bar was on the phone while working, which didn’t seem very professional.

This place, definitely needs a deep cleaning from floor to ceiling. My seat was sticky.
The carpet looked dirty, and sticky the A/C. Vents have dust bunnies all over them. The soda did not even taste like soda more carbonation than soda.
I think they save money by cutting back the syrup in the soda machine. Which is typical of an establishment like this. It is notable that they are barely moving along.
I don't recommend coming here.I'm too until they clean it up.

This place was once good for a while many years ago. Especially during the first few years after their grand opening. It's gone downhill since 2020

Pretty average experience all around but can't expect too much from a buffet. Limited food selection compared to other buffets, but for 20 bucks per person (for our party), it seems like a good deal. Nothing really outstanding about the food options, but the bbq station had better noodles than those that were put out (the cook will ask for tips). The sushi bar has a good variety and is decent for the price. Service is alright, servers take away plates timely but don't expect overt hospitality. Not the best place I've been but certainly not the worst.

Sadly this place is suffering from quality and temperature issues with the hot food. We came at dinner peak and the hot table food was just above room temperature. A few of the servers paid attention to clearing tables of used plates. Saw them reuse the soy sauce bottles by dumping all near empty bottles into a cambro bucket and then refill the empty bottles from the bucket. I dont want to bad mouth the workers as this is a management issue. The desserts are freezer burnt and the ice cream is hand scooped by all the patrons. We will not be coming back.
