Heard a few locals say this is one of their top 5 fave noodle spot.
I ordered #26 - Fujian Shrimp and Pork Mei Wong. It is dry noodles , soup on the side.
As you bite in you’ll immediately recognize the hint of vinegary flavor on the noodles. It was light, easy and sumptuously good.
On first look you might think it is Vietnamese as that cracker with shrimp looks like one. It turns out it is equivocally Fujian dish. Maybe Taishan?
Peach Green Tea - it is $2. I felt it was way too syrupy sweet. I did not like it as much.
If you get the one with plum in it, it is $7 buy 1 get 1.
The House Special congee - has shrimp , pork, chicken, beef, liver and kidney. I am not a fan of liver and kidney, they did remove it for me.
I came on a Saturday. 1pm. There were some people queued up outside but I was alone. I got seated asap.
An absolute gem this chinese noodle spot serves up bowls of comfort with rich broths, perfectly chewy noodles and bold authentic flavors that hit all the right notes. A must visit for noodle lovers.
Their service is very bad! Especially for take out. They don’t want to give extra sate chili sauce and the one they gave hardly has any in the tiny little cup. Over all they’re not friendly and very rude.
I liked it
One of the local spots for noodle soup! All sorts of combinations. The infamous house special noodles, your choice wet or dry. Pick the type of noodles you fancy. Other well known is their fried dough with eggs, omelette typed, served with chopped onions and salted/fermented dry radish bits. The hot chili/satay sauce is so good to go along with any of the noodle dishes.
Parking: Parking in the back and along side the restaurant.

Excellent food here. The only disappointment was the beef offal. There wasn't much offal, and too much regular slices of beef.

Quality of taste: excellent and authentic. Large portion, too big for me.
Service: Despite how busy they are, food comes out pretty fast. Fast service from the waiting staff, too.
Always crowded.

We came here a few times before. Today we came here for lunch with my wife. She ordered #1 on menu and I ordered the seafood noodle with soup on the side. When the food came out, I started mixing the noodle and taste the noodle, first thing I noticed the noodle has no flavor at all. So I added soy sauce and satay to give it flavor. Then I proceed to eat, second thing I noticed is when I poked on the fish filet, it is still hard. Upon close examination, I found the fish was undercooked. I immediately call attention to the short-hair lady that took our order and told her about the undercooked fish. Without giving me much attention nor looking at the undercooked fish, she turned away without saying anything and went to the counter to enter the order for another table, refill someone's else drink. A few minutes later she passed by our table and told me that she will get the other waiter to help. And that waiter looked over to our table but does not seem to care. At this point I was a little furious. The waitress was rude and no sense of customer service. What she should do is to acknowledge the fish is under cooked, an apology to customer and offer to say we will bring you another bowl. Instead she said none of that. Which make me more furious, I told her to cancel my order as I already lost my appetite. Definitely not coming back here again.

Restaurantji Recommends
This is a great place for a quick in and out noodle restaurant. They are always very packed, so if you are in the super rush, it might not be the best place. The noodles are delicious, highly recommend.
Parking: There aren't a lot of spots, but you can park on the street.
Kid-friendliness: They have lots of boosters and high chairs available.

After sitting down and waiting for 5 minutes, I ordered a signature noodle soup. The noodles in it were a mess from beginning to end. What’s even more outrageous is that the pork loin was completely undercooked and I almost vomited it out??. Just tell the boss lady a reply. I'll make up a new piece of pork loin for you. What a joke. Prepare to file a complaint with the health department

Came in for a to-go order of fried rice and crispy noodle dish. There was a flat cardboard box that wasn’t taped
down near a trash can; my aunt went to throw something away and slipped/fell. The workers came and took the
cardboard away and didn’t even apology or ask if she was okay. If this is how you treat customers, regardless if you
have good clientele in the area that comes, it is unacceptable. The portion size of fried rice is 15$ and way
too small for the price. The taste is okay but the service here and the portion size sucks. Please take your business elsewhere.

Excellent place to eat seafood noodle. It open early at 8am. Which is great since most Chinese restaurant open at 10 or 11am. I think you will enjoy the meal more in the restaurant than take away.
Parking: Park at the county library. Plenty of parking space and walk over.
