I tried this place because my friend recommended it. When I walked in, I was welcomed by the flavorful smell of the broth. I ordered the rice cake with egg, the beef sauté sauce with rice noodles, and the fish ball seaweed noodle with thick egg noodles. Heard a few locals say this is one of their top 5 fave noodle spot.

I ordered #26 - Fujian Shrimp and Pork Mei Wong. It is dry noodles , soup on the side.
As you bite in you’ll immediately recognize the hint of vinegary flavor on the noodles. It was light, easy and sumptuously good.
On first look you might think it is Vietnamese as that cracker with shrimp looks like one. It turns out it is equivocally Fujian dish. Maybe Taishan?
