4 Seasons Tea House

This place is never open. I have tried coming here four times. Whether it was a weekday or weekend, it was only open the first time I came. When I tried at 12:30, 2:20 or 3:30 it has been closed. I looked for business hours on their door since Google doesn't seem to have accurate times, but I didn't see anything. Don't bother coming here.

FYI Listed as open at 12 pm, came in at 12:30 for work lunch, and was still told it was not open. So I wouldn’t risk it if you only have 30 minutes like I did.

Ordered a Mango Lover fruit tea which had lots of tiny mango cubes and a scoop or two of ice cream. Regular sugar, not too sweet. It was a decent amount of ice cream but I'd recommend anyone to skip the ice because the ice cream can help with keeping the drink chill. IF you do want to keep the ice, I would ask if they can put the ice cream first and then the ice. It seemed challenging to stab the straw through past the ice cream to get to the more liquid part of the ensemble. I spilled a bit of my drink trying to get the straw through so don't try getting that straw in while you're in a car. The location is a bit far back in a small plaza but there seems to be an ok parking situation.

Popcorn chicken was ok for $6. Sunset passion regular sugar was a little bitter

The drinks are amazing!! 10/10 would definitely recommend, the boba was so delicious.

The line was long. The tea was a bit on the sweet side for my taste. Next time I'll just ask for it to not be as sweetened. Overall good flavors.

Drinks are a tad bit too sweet. Next time I'll try asking for half sugar. I got the 4 Seasons Milk Tea with boba. Tastes good. Will be back to try Thai TeaAlso came on the weekend but they were closed (probably due to COVID-19) so the hours might not be accurate. This location used to be Le Arbe but I guess they shut down.

TARO MILK TEA W/ EGG PUDDING!!!!!

So very clean, the drinks taste freshing and sweet. The owner was very attentive, went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. The Food was delicious, everything was well seasoned and very flavorful. Defiantly will be returning.

I love this place whenever I drive by it my mouth starts to water. Get the milk tea snow bubble it's bomb

The staff is so welcoming and polite. They deliver the drinks to your table. And the drinks are soooooo good! I love the honey milk tea with boba and their apple slushie! But I do wish they accepted cards and not just cash.
