We've been here twice before for the lunch hour, but this time around, we came for dinner.
We seemed to have come after the rush as 2 large parties left soon after we arrived.
Although seated quickly, we did not receive our food until an hour later. A table that came 30 minutes after us had already gotten their food and left in that while. We didn't get the drinks until 20 minutes after ordering and biscuits 40 minutes later.
The food, while good, has been better. We're pretty disappointed with our dinner experience.
Parking: There is shared parking lot with the mall and other restaurants.

The woman in front of the counter went over the list, she didn't even write down my name or phone number so they could move us to a table, there were no excuses and she continued as if nothing happened, terrible service

Everything is good, the customer service, the place and the food, except for the chimichurri steak. I asked for it medium, and it looked good but it was super hard. It was hard to chew and swallow.

DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE ...Food no good the rib was almost No meat and dry , I asked for a caesar salad and the salad looked and taste like it was made yesterday , croutons saggy and letter disgusting, vegetables dry and over cooked, over seasoned they did not have 4 different items I asked for and it was 1pm , they try to seat us a a small area below 10 of us , I usually do yo the one in Cerrito but I wanted to try this place just because it was closer to west cobia, but not again big disappointment, next time I'll just take a longer drive and be treated right and spect better food and service , the floor manager try her best but every one just acted like they didn't care , I DONT RECOMEND THIS PLACE AT ALLLLL....

We were seated quickly, but a long wait after that. The waitress was not attentive at all. We felt like we had to chase her down; she only checked with us twice: to take our order and to hand us the check. I am very disappointed despite the food being good. Good service makes a difference and this definitely soured the experience.

The service is terrible, you wait a long time and half of the restaurant is empty. The excuse is that they don't serve all the tables. It's a shame. I don't recommend it.

Every year we go to Lucille's in Brea, but there weren't tables available this time around. I went ahead and reserved at the Lucille's at the Montebello Town center...... Never Again, never again!!!
Service was HORRIBLE!! At first, it was ok. They brought our waters and two drinks. Timely manner. BUT then, she disappeared... We finally ordered our appetizers for our group of 11. The rest of our group ordered their drinks, but it took at least 20/30 min to receive the drinks and another 20 to receive our appetizers. We ordered our entrees right then and there and I ordered my glass of wine and a few more drinks. 30 minutes to receive the drinks and 30 minutes to tell me they didn't have Merlot. I wanted my glass of wine with my dinner. At least 25/30 minutes we received our food but I hadn't received my glass of wine.
My meal was over and we all ate our meals without water, drinks, or my glass of wine. Waters were never re-filled. Our table was full of dirty dishes that were not removed after we were done with the appetizers. We were never asked if we wanted another drink..... And I finally got my wine at the end of our night. I was so, so, so disappointed. It was my son's bday and it was very disappointing.😩😩😩😩😩😩.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND a large group get together at this location....At All. Food is always great but the service was HORRIBLE!!!😱😱😱😩😩😩😩
We made the best of it, what else can you do 🤷 👍 Our night began at 6pm and ended at 845pm. It normally takes maybe 2hrs at Brea... Not almost 3hrs and you spend most of those hrs waiting on drinks and food. Just bad service, so disappointing..

For the past two years, my family has trusted Lucille’s Smokehouse BBQ in Montebello to provide our Thanksgiving dinner. As my mother ages, we’ve relied on this service to make the holiday easier for her, and up until this year, it had been a great experience. Unfortunately, this year was a complete disaster, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment.
The beef brisket was thick, chewy, and lacked flavor. The ribs, while edible, were nowhere near the quality we’ve had in the past, whether dining in or catering. The pork was dry and unappealing, and several family members complained about it. The most upsetting part was the macaroni and cheese. It was watery and soupy, completely unrecognizable from the delicious dish we’ve come to expect. While the kids ate it out of hunger, it was clear it was poorly prepared.
I’ve attached photos of the mac and cheese to highlight the issue. For $374, this meal was a huge disappointment. This experience not only ruined our Thanksgiving dinner but has also left my entire family unwilling to return to Lucille’s for future meals.
If you plan to cater from this location, I strongly suggest inspecting your order thoroughly before leaving to ensure everything meets your expectations. Don’t let a special family gathering be spoiled like ours was.
Lucille’s, you’ve lost a loyal customer. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work to ensure no other family has an experience like this.

A big order was placed the day before for a company holiday luncheon. About $400 worth of food and was told it would be ready the following day at 11:30 a.m. We showed at 11:00 a.m. just in case it would be ready early. Remained waiting until 2:00 p.m. while I kept being told the order was coming up. The order never came up while getting calls from the office as to what was taking so long. I canceled the order & drove back to my place of employment with no lunch, a pissed off boss and a ruined holiday luncheon party.
