The manager Ashley is the worst. She has no customer service skills, they need to have her retrained. I placed an app order of almost $40, we went thru the drive thru to pick up our order. They handed us our Happy meals (5) and I had a funny feeling and asked my girls to check the orders. Sure enough they did not give us the McDonald’s toy for each Happy Meal. We asked the worker and she said they were out of that promotion, I told her why did the app let us choose that option then. She just said that they were out and closed the window. I called the location and asked to speak with the manager (Ashley), I asked her why did the app let us choose the toy option, she said that she was not in control of the app. I thought that was fair, but why didn’t the drive thru worker not inform us that they were out before they gave us our food. At that point I would have canceled the order and gone to another McDonald’s. The manager with no customer service skills gave me every excuse in the book except the only one that should have been given (I’m sorry, our mistake). I then asked her for the drive thru employee’s first name and she would not give it to me. I will notify Corporate. We as consumers have the power where to spend our money, I don’t think this manager is aware of this. My family and I will be taking our money elsewhere

It's not the greatest service. I do understand there is a hustle bustle going on, but management should be able to delegate better. Took 15 minutes for reg staff to take our order and the other 4 customers in line. While the manager watched us standing there. Then it took 30-40 min to get our meals. Only to get our orders wrong. Staff is super slow at this location.

I just went to this Macdonald every time I go there is always missing on my order or get the incorrect item, today I was missing a cheeseburger, I called to let them know that I was missing a cheeseburger the manager Arturo told me that I can go back and pick up my cheeseburger that they did not give me, no compensation for their error, he said it was free of charge, something I already pay for, not a good manager. Way to go Arturo!

Will sit on one side forever tell me to wait. Other person goes OK now it’s supposed to be my turn, but the person behind me will just cut on the other side and get to put in his order while I have to wait and it’s so frustrating. The line is not moving. I just will pull to the corner and drive off and get my coffee at 7-Eleven instead nothing’s If I have to wait this month for food, I might as well just go to the Diners with the drive-through to pay the same amount of money for a real food
McDonalds is charging for condiments. Asked for mustard. $1 for this much mustard.

I commute twice a week from riverside co back and forth to Monterey Park this spot is relaxed the staff is nice and it’s relatively clean!

I don't care about your window time. I got no syrup, now I check I have one. I received two butter knife but no fork, I now check I got a fork. I received 1 hash brown instead of 3, now I count my hash brown. I received 2 pancakes instead of 3, now I have to open up the box to count the pancakes. This is all ridiculous!! I shouldn't have to do your job before driving off.
