Moncha Cafe is a newly opened boba spot with a super chill and simple vibe, located on the corner of Valley and Walnut Grove. It is a great spot for boba lovers, offering authentic tea and flavorful drinks that are not too sweet, with perfectly chewy tapioca and crystal boba. Popular specific items include the Peach Flower Tea with Brown Sugar Agar Boba, the midnight jasmine green tea, strawberry matcha, and Shrimp Tempura. The space is cute and cozy with lots of ample seating, mostly group seating, and provides a semi-quiet study space good for studying or hanging out. It is open late and features fast WiFi, plenty of outlets, games, and other snacks, making it a perfect third space to spend hours. The staff are super patient, friendly, and passionate. The restroom is clean and good, though there is only one. Some notes are that the parking lot has a one-way in, one-way out design, and the drinks can be a bit pricey. The music choice was 2000s pop. Overall, it is a definitely worth a visit.
