Make sure you come in with change because they do not accept bills over $20. This is the dumbest policy ever! Even if your order is $80 or $100 you have to have $20 dollar bills with you. CHANGE YOUR POLICY CORPORATE! THIS IS VERY INCONVENIENT FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS! Then they want to tell you to go get change! 😂😂😂 Really?!

Delicious and nicely-decorated Bundt cakes. They have a great assortment of flavors and many size choices. Their cakes are always moist and their cream cheese frosting is great. Their employees are always friendly and efficient. All their flavors are very good but I recommend the white chocolate raspberry and the confetti cakes.

Went to the Rosemead location and had such a wonderful experience . Their staff member Sarah was such a joy to work with . She was incredibly kind, patient, informative and helpful . So excited to gift my friend this gorgeous and yummy Bundt.
My family have been customers for a few years now. Used to love this place. I signed my daughter up online for the birthday cake for her 13th birthday. The instructions on the email in order to receive the cake are to print the page or present the mobile app. I drove 30min out to the Rosemead location and as instructed i presented the page. However, the person at the counter refused to acknowledge the birthday email and said my 13 year old daughter needed to have an ID (not a school ID) or her birth certificate present in order to receive her birthday freebie. Of course I purchased a cake for her birthday instead but I won't be back here again.

I usually go to this location for every occasion whether that be Mother’s Day, birthdays, or anniversaries, and there’s a particular employee there which I always see, she’s super nice and always welcoming giving the best service possible, however if it were solely for her I rate this place 4 starts however there was a particular day she wasn’t there and I noticed a new employee, she welcomed me and advised me if I had any questions to let her know. I went up to the counter where I waited for her, and she looked at me and stayed at the opposite side where it is usually for pickup. I waited because I have lots of patience however another customer arrived shortly after and she told her the same thing. She browsed and told her what she wanted and helped her out at the register while making eye contact with me, I had to leave and go to crumble next door. I felt so horrible, I don’t think I’ll return if she’s there.

This is our first time at the Nothing Bundt Cakes store in Rosemead. My wife have received Bundts from different flavors from Norhing Bundt cake. The store looks really nice including a good selection of bundts in their refrigerator display case. They also have limited flavor right they have lemon raspberry. My wife and I need to come more often.

I ordered Buntinis to be delivered the day before Mother’s Day well in advance and my order was cancelled an hour before my delivery time. Very unprofessional. Do not take orders past what you can handle and ruin a special occasion for your customers. This would not be such a huge deal if I didn’t live 300+ miles away from my family.
