I been coming for years and this is the 2nd or 3rd time I've had a problem . My husband's meat wasn't fully cooked. We got 2 combos, and both were uncooked. I'm very disappointed because this place isn't cheap. The workers were very rude and didn't put napkins or forks. When I asked for some, the worker told me everything was at the counter. But there were no napkins there, lol. Anywho, the meat being uncooked really pulled the trigger.

This place served one of the finest grills I’ve had for a while in LA. These guys are SO underrated.
They do serve plenty of meat and sides at a very competitive price. Can’t beat that.

Deceptive advertising. Where is my house dressing? A drip, compare my salad to the picture perfect advertising photo. If not deceptive then must be bait and switch. And if you were to ask for more dressing they will charge you $0.50. Every time not just once. Salad - dressing = veggie. Great place to pay for salad and get veggie.

Went to the drive through and they were super nice but I found 3 hairs in my food.
I had an allergic reaction from the food even tho i order a spam musubi with beef i had an allergic reaction not sure if they were cooking near anything shellfish or like shrimp because that’s the only food allergy i have. most likely didn’t use clean dishes to cook beef. Also waited 40 minutes for two spam musubi that’s it. Restaurant was not busy at all. Ridiculous and when asked to check for food they had lost the order ticket or something and offered us a free drink for waiting so long…should’ve just asked for a refund and left.

Overpriced for what you get, only one size drink (large) (more money out of the customer). No paper towels in restrooms only nasty germ spreading dyers. (gross). The Coke didn't taste good. the three of us could have gone to a steak house and got a better value.

I was there on Sunday, I have been here numerous times but today my family decided they wanted to try it out. At arrival we were greeted by 2 guys, then Jose greeted us and seeing that we were really indecisive he offer us various options, but he also recommended their new grill fish aloha. So we ordered some and he was not wrong when he said it was pretty good, thanks to all the kitchen staff and thank you very much Jose for your help and patience. I really recommend this place ask for Jose he will help you with all your questions. Keep up the good work Jose.
