I've been coming to this Rosemead location for several years now. Thankfully, I did not have the same issues others had and have nothing to complain about. The food comes out as I expected, portion and quality. The wait times are usually 15min so I run other errands after ordering. Prices are reasonable for the area. Parking can be a pain sometimes because there are other restaurants and businesses sharing the same small parking lot. But overall, it's been a decent experience ordering from here and I will be coming back monthly as usual.

First time trying this place after seeing a few of them driving around. Ordered the Hawaiian mix BBQ. A LOT of meat..chicken, rib eye, and Korean ribs..tender and perfectly seasoned, not too sweet. Could easily be shared for 2 people. For $15 a pretty good value. Came with big scoop of rice, veggies and macaroni salad...I was really full when I walked out.

I usually come around noon time to buy for lunch or dinner and never had any problems with my order or with the staff. Food is alright. It has gotten pricy so I don't come here much nowadays. I substitute the mac salad for extra rice instead sometimes. Big parking lot, but fills up quick close by. The Target area parking is bigger and not too far of a walk away.

Don’t waste your time here. The staff are incompetent and don’t respect customers. They don’t care if your food is prepared correctly or in a timely fashion. Go somewhere else or a different location.

Foods good but sometimes they lack on portions, there’s always this one girl with a weird build who is always rude, I got my food and it had barley any meat so I told the rude girl in the front, she says oh that’s just how it comes so i asked to speak to a manager and she tried to lie and say she is a manager and i said okay get ur other manager and she did not want to, she asked if i spoke Spanish which i said yes and she said okay and she brought out a cook who wasn’t even a manager and he was very nice and apologized and gave me more, but that girl is always so rude for no reason every single time I come. shes always there on the night shift. Leave that job if you’re that miserable girl, I just come to get my food that I payed for with my money and that’s it. No need to rude and sad.

Takes forever to even ask you if you’re ready to order while there’s absolutely no one in here. I waited 10 mins standing in “line” (there was none” and then i just ordered online instead. if you come just place your order online instead.

The young woman behind the counter was so sweet! I was welcomed instantly with a warm smile as soon as I opened the door. My order was quickly prepared while also fresh, I am highly impressed and will definitely be back to visit.
