When you call with a real complaint, they transfer you to a recording that is for you to go online and email them. No one will take your call. Sorry to bother you corporate people with a store on Lake st in Pasadena California. I will fix the store myself through the health department and ICE Immigration and Customs Enforcement to vet all staff are legal. I will make sure I suggest they check each and every store in southern California. Thank you for your interest in not taking care of your customers.

I don't know any one who works at your Elkhart IN store but they do the BEST job of making and serving your food. I get the orange chicken with the rice and also the noodles. Today my meal was perfect! Sometimes the chicken sauce is way too hot for me. Maybe you could consider making one hot and one mild. Thank you!

Horrible service from Panda Express (Litchfield Park AZ). Once again they decided not to give me the teriyaki sauce for the order. When I asked for the sauce the employee immediately copped an attitude when I asked for the item! Perhaps they should just eliminate human employees and just use robots, because most of the employees today are just useless especially at the litchfield store.

I showed up to order food at 8:50 pm at the 2501 W Happy Valley Rd AZ location. When it came time to order, they were out of Chow Mein but, I thought, since they're open till 10:30 PM they would have some on standby. They didn't and when I asked the employee about it I was told they weren't making anymore because they were getting ready to close. It wasn't even 9 pm and they weren't making any more? Because they were closing...in an hour and a half?! I ended up leaving and not purchasing anything. Pretty bad customer service

I am sharing an experience my girlfriend had with Amber S., a CS rep from Panda's corporate customer service department. There was an issue of Panda's incentive coupons not being accepted at a particular location, and Amber went the extra miles to ensure customer satisfaction by demonstrating genuine care, attentiveness, knowledge, and follow-up over several emails. Amber was friendly, respectful, and a real pleasure to deal with and she replaced the rejected discount coupon with two and also a birthday gift. Who can beat that? We are both very happy with Panda's delicious meals, great service and the coupons are a special treat!

Carson Mall location for the most part disappointed with service( old man he claimed he was a management had black shirt on ) ignored me and but a white customer walked up he was a hello can i help you to the white customer) but i was there first went to speak management first a lady was very attentive and concerned about my concern when a older man claimed he was a management excused the and "pushed "her off and acted dismissive and rude and acted it was wrong and told me what want me to do about it
