I've been here a couple of time for the past couple of years. I'm gonna say this in the nicest way possible but I truly just come here for the food and the food only. The pho is one of the best spots in SGV and unbeatable prices! $12 for an XL bowl of Pho Dac Biet that fed me 2 more times after I took the leftovers home for a total of 3 meals. Service is pretty transactional like many Asian owned restaurants in the 626. You order what you want, flag them down when you need something, and you pay up in the front once you're done eating. Don't expect small talk which is nice sometimes when I just want to sit down and eat. The restaurant itself isn't the cleanest, but there's free parking in the lot. Coming here in the evenings is a fun vibe because there's an elderly Vietnamese uncle who sings karaoke outside the restaurant with a portable karaoke machine.

Pho is pretty good and the service is fast. Yummy and would definitely go again. Love that we can also sit outside to enjoy our food. One of my dad's favorite pho places in rosemead.

*Name is now Pho Ha Long. Pho Ha Long might just have won the spot for my go to pho place in the SGV. This is your authentic Vietnamese owned pho restaurant that surprisingly has awesome service! You expect great food, low price, but usually not with an added great customer service. The pho was delicious. They have the perfect proportion of soup, noodles, and beef in the regular size we got. The soup gives you that refreshing but tasty pho flavor that you expect, while the noodles compliment the soup. The only complaint is that the beef was overcooked as I like my pho tais to come out more rare. Combine the almost perfect bowl of pho with great outdoors seating, pre-pandemic prices, and great service, this is easily a 5-star restaurant. If the day is ever cloudy outside and a little bit cooler, having a bowl of pho in outdoor seating is unbeatable!

The food quality is great, service is okay, the venue and ambience can use some upgrades. There was no AC when temp at 97 in my visit but I still enjoyed the Pho so thats saying something.

This place has rebranded to Pho Ha Long. The prices are awesome. For the same pho bowl in Koreatown can set you back $20! Pho here is good. Portions are generous.

The place is called Pho Thanh online, but when if you go to the restaurant it's called Pho Ha Long. The restaurant doesn't use a/c, only fans. My friends and I were sweating so much. We won't be coming back to sit in anymore when it's hot. We rather order online to have to it delivered since the prices are the same and prices are lower than most other restaurants. They do not skimp out on the meat when you upgrade from L to XL size. They give you a good amount of meat but also more noodles. It was so much food, we will not get the XL size next time.If you decide to eat at the restaurant, they have a program where if you order up to 10 meals, you get 1 free.Free parking. They don't have a huge lot though.

I'm so so so sad. This is my worst experience. I throw up right after I see it. I don't want to be mean but this is so disgusting. T.T
