Wow!! This is special! True elevated Cantonese dim sum all the way baby! I have not had this in a long time. Shumai was very unique tasting & light, not greasy nor overly salted. Chicken feet were huge. They automatically serve traditional hot mustard as a condiment. The wait was long because the restaurant isn’t that big and when you arrive you enter your party size in the electronic system. Overall a blast to the past with a light twist.
