Their lunch special menu (available Mon - Fri until 3:30 pm) had drew me in for a Monday lunch, but since it was Veterans Day, they said holidays do not apply, even though that's not mentioned anywhere on the menu. Alas, I did not get to try my intended order of the uni pasta with spicy tuna roll and black tea.
Instead, I got their non-deluxe uni pasta ($14.99) and the blue crab hand roll ($7.25). I'm assuming the cream in the pasta is made of uni as the non-deluxe version has no piece of uni at all. There is some roe in the pasta, along with seaweed and garnish. Pasta is a good size for lunch, as I had no leftovers to take home. I was surprised that the blue crab hand roll had very minimal mayo, so yay! Lots of blue crab in the roll, just be careful taking it out of the stand as several pieces started tumbling off the roll when I was lifting it.
Service was okay. Seems like our server was more lively and conversational with the other guests, but maybe it's a language thing.
There's two parking lots supporting this plaza so not too hard to find a spot.

I've gotten sushi here a few times via Doordash. The quality of the sushi rolls is good overall, but the portion has gotten very small. The vegetable tempura is subpar considering the price they charge. (The pumpkin is sliced so thin and the taro is cut like the size of a pinky!)

This sushi place is the GOAT! Went to this place for my birthday, I have never been here before, the boss found out it was my BD then gave me a lot a lot of surprises right away! All the fish and seafoods they are selling are picked by boss himself one by one from Japan, they are the one who really care about your food and definitely worth on pricing as well!

This is the best sushi I have had in years. Surprised I haven’t gone here sooner. All the fish is extremely fresh & has excellent meat to fat ratio. Literally every piece of sashimi I tried, I liked, which is rare for me.
I am picky when it comes to sushi. I usually stick to salmon, because it has a mild flavor & doesn’t have a strong aftertaste. I tried salmon belly, both cuts of toro, yellowtail, & mackerel. I loved them all! Fantastic selection at reasonable prices for the quality you get.
A friend asked me to go to eat. It was my first time to go. It was a good Sushi and I felt full. The owner also gave away some hot sellers and the service was good.

Great food and service. The servers are so friendly. During the cold they served us tea which definitely warmed me up. The food is amazing one of the best sushi spots hands down. Food is freshly made, miso soup is delicious. The cucumber salad was extremely tasty and delicious.
