Food services horrible they gave me a cold sandwich on my lunch i went to buy and when j got back to work i noticed my sandwich was cold and the steak was cold as if it was out just out the fridge. Couldnt eat it i threw it away kept calling the store till someone finally picked up they said to go abck forna receplacement which was yesterday but I got off work late, so I went back this morning before work and they gave me a hassle about replacing it that the person that is in charge is the one who made my sandwich and she said that my sandwich was good and I had to pay again for another one. That's very inconvenient. Why would I lie about my sandwich being cold or the steak

We went to this subway when we got in my mom was asking stuff to put on her sandwiches while the lady was looking at her with a bad attitude and she was saying huh after my mom asked her to put stuff on my moms sandwiches. I don’t know why there’s are employes working there and having a bad attitude.

The whole veggie area was a big mess, veggies were practically all mixed up, guy making our sandwich was squeezing juice from pickles and it was going all over the other veggies stations.the drink place was dirty. They need a good cleaning, definitely never coming back to this one. Also the whole menu wasn’t even up.

First my foot long wasn’t cut I had to do it myself. they put the lettuce on the bottom of the sandwich, barely any mayo and no oil or vinegar was put on and they decided to put black olives which I did not order. This was a mobile order so I didn’t unwrap my sandwich until I got back to work. I will never order from this place again. And this was not worth $12. The receipt was correct the person just chose not to follow it!

In a large plaza right off Rosemead and 10 Fwy, really convenient.A large store with plenty of seating, and lunch time usually gets really packed.The staff is nice and attentive, and you can order ahead for take outs.The veggies are always fresh and a large variety of sandwiches to choose from.

I still don't understand why they keep messing up the orders, not only that but they keep forgetting certain items with the sandwiches. They need to be retrained and know how to count properly. This was the 4th time and the last time. I STRONGLY suggest to go to a different one, I already contacted the company and haven't received anything from them. So this just tells you how management runs this place. Go to a different Sandwich place.

I haven’t been to Subway in a few years. I came here and I got the Mexicali sandwich and it was delicious. I thought it was nice that the employee who was serving me cut the avocado right in front of me.

Too begin with one of the employees was so rude she had a bad attitude didn’t have a name tag on too top it off she kept acting childish and looking at me and rolling her eyes. (I believe her name is IVY) Anyways then Rose took my order and she left my food unattended and left outside and came back she was on her phone while taking my order smh took almost 30 minutes to get only four subs. Plus she told me I couldn’t get it on special the sub when it states it’s Thursday and the Italian BMT is on special they should not advertise if it’s not going to be honor smh never again going back. They didn’t wash there hands. Poor customer service. And not let alone very loud music music not professional at all. Do better subway!

Don’t come to this location! It obviously doesn’t care about customer service or punctuality. They saw me standing outside the door waiting in the cold. They did not care and intentionally opened late! Spend your money elsewhere. They need to hire professionals.
