We like the light texture and low sugar cakes here. It reminds me more of Japanese style cakes that are less sweet compared to American style desserts that are heavy on buttercream frosting and alcohol infused syrups. This is personal preference as I also enjoy my occasional indulgence in richer pastries. Selection is limited and I am not sure if the pandemic had anything to do with it, so I my family generally pre-orders and schedules a pick up. We generally order birthday cakes...
