I visit this spot a lot since I work right next to it. I got to say the service is always great and they keep the place clean all the time. Rates are fair and they serve large portions.

I frequent this unique restaurant once a month since I like the good air that is unique to this place. The staff is awfuly attentive and well trained. The service is awfully quick. Most important, the food you eat is first-rate. I have been there more than once and I was always pleased. The pay is fair. I highly suggest this restaurant to to everybody.

Food is fresh and delicious! Prices are fair for most items and the food is delivered to your table in a reasonable time.

2019-12-27 the shop is closed today for private party. I saw a rat (about 5 inches, not including the length of its tail) coming thru the grids of the gate, passing Golden Bull (GB)and heading to Star Thai (ST) next door. The counter person of ST saw it, kicked and scared it.The rat immediately returned to TastyFood/California Hotpot, ran thru the gate and hide itself under the counter. I reported to the security and the food court custodian.

It was a mouth watering dish we have here. Hot pot was really tasty and full of good in a bowl which so good. My all time favorite when it comes to delicious soup and seafood as well. It defends on you. Awesome place and good customer service.

Came at 7:58 PM and taking the whole family to enjoy the California Hotpot, but unfortunately they don’t take any more order other than to-go order, very disappointed, it’s says open til 8:30 PM then you should taking order until those hours otherwise should make a statement close at 8:00 PM .. drove 25 minutes with rain ...

Food is great and healthy way to detox your stomach....

It was small surprise to find out that they have very cute decor in the typical Chinatown shopping center.

Great hot pot place for cheap but fulfilling. Came here several times with my family and we all enjoyed it. The service is excellent and the staff never fails to make customers feel comfortable. Shout out to Waldo for his great service. The wait is not as long as the Alhambra location so I totally recommend coming here as an alternative.

Love the food here it was amazing! I highly recommend!
