Service was great. Food was delicious!Juan, the manager has great people skills and makes you feel at home. Charles, our waiter, gave us top serve. He was always on cue with our food and drinks. He was friendly and so prompt that we never at any point lacked serve. Great job, Juan and Charles. we will be back for the potatoe skins,Models california crunchy rolls and OMG, the chicken pot stickers yummy! My husband loved his bacon cheeseburgers he said it was delicious! Excellent, to be exact, and the fries has a seasoning to die for.
It took a long time with the food and the waitress service was very slow and the place was empty.

I had a wonderful dinner with my kids. Our server Ricardo was very pleasant and attentive. He was on top of refills, napkins, anticipating anything we may need. The food came out in a timely manner and was delicious. Then the manager, Rigo, came to our table and told us a our happy hour and how to become rewards members. We were served old food from the appetizers to the entrees.
Took my family to go have some dinner on a Saturday afternoon before the big crowd comes in. I have to admit that the servers were very nice and attentive even though they were understaffed. The food was not very good actually. The portions were very small and the steaks that we ordered were very tough. The quality of meat they use is not of high standard. A lot of fat and nerves in the meat. The portions for the hamburgers with fries were quite small also. The hamburgers are a lot smaller in real life than they look on the pictures and the portion of fries was a half a handful at best. I can understand raising their prices because of inflation but if you raise the prices you should also keep the quality and quantity of the plates. I was very disappointed and did not intend to go back.

I like their new menu, especially since it now offers appetizers for 1, 2-3 and more. It means I don't have to forgo an appetizers because it would be too much food. They have new lunch entrees too for 10 each which js nice.

we visited on a Sunday and wanted a "low cost" family meal. they currently have a $10 menu which has some great options. we ordered a burger, wings and chicken Alfredo as well as butter pasta. the butter pasta was drenched in butter (I had to drain some of out). the burger was good but lacking sauce or spread. the chicken Alfredo was decent and a good portion. the wings needed more sauce and the ranch could be better. also note that they charge extra for ranch (which we weren't told) racked up almost $5 in ranch. the service was great, very attentive and our orders were quick and accurate. we would probably not come back, but the current promo is great for families.
