First and foremost, food is always great, especially the whole sha-bang sauce. Most of the time, I get King Crab, now that prices have gone up, i get snow crab and still good overall food is always a 10. Customer service is okay, no complaints.

This seafood restaurant is a place that you go with good company. It is fun to share all the freshly made food. Make sure to get there early, and have everybody in your party in line with you, or you won't get seated.
Worst place to eat. What a horrible experience. Walked in at 4:45 party of 8 plus two wheelchairs. Waited over an hour and 45 minutes. Not to mention the shrimp, excessively over cooked. 🤮 if it wasn’t for a family birthday party. I would have left. Bad food, bad service, bad experience. Oh not to mention. Was told the wait was long due to our large party. I think they could have made a better excuse. Will never return. 👎 👎👎 They seemed confused and forgot about us. As we were waiting outside.
