I order to go 99% of the time and the food always hits the spot. Been a customer of TBC for years.
The only small complaint I have is that over time the amount of broth that comes with the food has diminished. Other years it was drowning the food and recently its been dry. If broth can be added to orders.

The staff is very knowledgeable. The menu is not that complicated. They are very courteous and check in on you to make sure everything is good. Plenty of parking. This place does get very busy on the weekends and there is a long wait to get a table.

Zero star. The staff seemed completely untrained, inexperienced, and uninterested in serving customers. From the moment we sat down, most of the employees were busy talking among themselves instead of paying attention to guests. The service was extremely slow, and when we tried to ask for help, they were dismissive and acted like we were bothering them. It’s unacceptable for a restaurant to treat customers this way. The lack of professionalism and care really stood out. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone unless they seriously improve their staff training and customer service.

I had a horrible experience at The Boiling Crab. The staff is untrained, inexperienced, and completely uninterested in serving their customers. From the moment I walked in, I felt like they didn't want me there. The employees were too busy talking to each other to pay any attention to the customers. It was clear they were overwhelmed, but that's no excuse for the lack of professionalism and respect. Not only were they rude, but they also showed zero effort to make sure customers were taken care of. The service was slow, and when we tried to get their attention, they were dismissive and uninterested in helping. Honestly, I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. If they don’t start treating their customers better, they’re going to lose everyone.

Let me tell you from the moment I walked in crystal already had my mood for the place going her enthusiasm and kindness is a rare find she's very pleasant. Shes very knowledgeable in her steps of service . Shes definitely the person you need to be taking care of the guest Joshua our server was also very kind and attentive will definitely be back hopefully soon crystal will be my server.
