Ordered the Charburger, Portabella Char, BBQ Bacon Char, Tempura Green Beans, 1/2 Sweet Potato Fries and 1/2 French Fries, and a Mocha Shake. The original Charburger is average small sized with a nice juicy beef patty. The Portabella Char adds mushrooms, roasted garlic aioli and cheese which ups the level from the original charburger. This is much more flavorful and great for a mushroom fan. The BBQ Bacon Char has your typical bacon slices on top of the same beef patty and barbecue sauce. This one can be recommended for someone passing by that craves BBQ sauce. The Tempura Green Beans were nicely fried with a crunch to them and intact pods inside. The Sweet Potato Fries tasted indeed like sweet potatoes, crispy and soft inside. The regular French Fries were about average for the fast food fries segment. The Mocha Shake was a delightful sweet treat with the chocolatey flavor and an almost thawing ice cream like consistency. Staff here were patient taking orders and efficient in getting orders in and out the door. You can order with the help of a staff member or you can use their self-service kiosks too. The location has decent traffic during the lunch rush and the location is in a busy plaza that is often packed with shoppers and diners exploring the neighboring shops too.

This comment isn’t about the food which is usually good, it’s about the terrible attitude with the workers there. The lady at the front counter has a bad attitude as well the cooks in the back. One of the guys name is Jesse or Jesus. I don’t know if management cares but they should! I will not be a customer anymore.

You want to charge me 60 cents for a side of BBQ sauce I guess that's fair but I felt the employee barely put any BBQ sauce on my sandwich. When I pointed that out the girl behind the counter said she could see a little bit of sauce on the tomato. I disagreed but that was it. I lose. The customer loses. I'm a local who's been coming here for decades but it's a brave new world . As I said I'm a local and a regular and you have lost me. .

First time trying their food and it was really good I would be back.. I got a chicken sandwich ? and it was ? my kids got burgers and we're also really tasty
I did not like the char burger at all, the patty was very dry, no taste, did not taste like a juicy patty. I won't be eating there again. The pickle was the only ingredient that had flavor. I should of went to jersey Mike instead. So disappointed
