So, my favorite thing to look for is something called Guobaorou in cities with North Eastern Chinese food. Absolute favorite of mine and something I would refer to everyone. This was unfortunately the worst I've had. It is supposed to be crisp on the outside while still somewhat chewy on the inside with significant sour to sweet flavor.
