My daughter and I stopped by on Sunday at 2:30pm. I saw the food on the counter and there wasn't much. Plus, it didn't look too inviting either. I had high expectations since I saw photos from Yelp. It looked and felt like a ghost town inside. I was going to give them a chance but the entire store was filled with cigarette smoke from the guys hanging outside. I couldn't bare the smell so we ran out of there. Outside looks nice but that was deceiving based on what I saw inside. Plus, no one even greeted us. I don't think I will be returning unless they get rid of the smokers.

Got the #7 grilled beef. Pretty good. Had a Vietnamese coffee, I was happy that it didn’t leave me cracked out.The environment is a bunch old timer Vietnamese gentleman here drinking their coffee and chatting with their homies.Everyone is nice.My favorite is the French baguette. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Ay Yo!!! So the search for the Best Bahn Mi continues. I drove out all the way from Hollywood. Would i make the trek out this far again for TipTop? Prolly not, lol. I was torn with giving a 3 or 4, i don't like to Bash Businesses so I gave them a 4 and here's why. THE BREAD! So the Bread wasn't bad, but for Bahn Mi i'm looking for that Crispy Baguette. This bread was soft with a chew, It was freshly baked. It would be perfect for a Hoagie type of sandwich for a Jersey Mikes. I ordered the Combination which is my fav and the BBQ Pork. I was not impressed with the Combination, the meats were try and were skimpy on the veggies. disappointed that it was only carrot and no daikon, of course there was cucumber, cilantro & jalapeño. They were skimpy on the Pate too, ya not ordering that again. I also ordered the BBQ pork and Baby let me tell you, the pork was marinated to perfection. I could taste all the aromatics like Lemon Grass. Prolly one of the best BBQ pork i've had but again, not a fan of the bread. The place was semi clean, they could do a little more work on that but lots of street parking. There was plenty of outdoor and indoor parking. Staff was very nice and polite. So there you have it... 4 out of 5 stars

They can sell out, but if you can get your hands on a bbq pork banh mi you will not be disappointed. Hands down best banh mi I've had in Los Angeles.

Came here to purchase a couple of common Banh Mi items - coffee, baguettes, pate so. I walked in past a barrage of cigarettes and screaming. Inside was dirty pastel green walls. It was hot. The woman at the cash register didn't say hi to me, but instead helped someone else that wasn't in line, and got there after me. A manager, presumably the owner, was counting money, looked at me, and scoffed. I walked away with a $5 cup of coffee that was mediocre at best. The same woman handed me the coffee with the lid half closed, spilling out from the sides. When asking for napkins, she used her same wet hand to hand me a stack of napkins. Never coming back. Save your money and go to some of the better sandwich shops in the 626.

Was not able to actually try their food because we came an hour before closing time but it was already closed.

I have been going here for a couple years now. In my opinion they have the best banh mis in the LA area. I usually order the number one- combination with extra jalapeno. The bread is so crunchy. The veggies so fresh. All the meats very tasty. Highly recommend!
