Disappointed in this location, after placing a large order for an event I was hosting. Order was charged and paid for. I had ordered two 75 pieces of wing combos. When it was to be picked up, they refused to complete the order. I had placed many orders before and pick up was never an issue. It seems as if the staff did not want to deal be with that order specifically. They had not even started the order when I arrived at the time it said it be ready by.

WARNING! Do not come here! make the trip to the next Wing Stop location from you… this specific establishment keeps in their employee roster a variety of slow-brains. seems like they spend more time hotboxing the kitchen than trying to get orders right (pretty steamy in the back fr).They will forget something from your order just like they did today and in the past. The goombas on shift claim of a policy where i must take a picture of my order and show them what’s missing. Aside from the OBVIOUS holes in that logic i already served my kid their share and I’m not going to snatch my kids food just to take a picture of his plate. be for real.All gravy you can’t work around simple minds at the end of the day. train your staff!

Closed the store 30 minutes before closing time!! Came in and the manager refused to take my order saying they were closed for the night. If they're advertising closing time at midnight, why are they allowed to pick and choose when they close the store. I drove 15 minutes to this location just to be told they're not taking orders anymore, what a waste of time.

It takes forever to get your food and its super soggy. Fries we're basically mush with NO seasoning at all and the entire store was smoky and smelled like oil burning. I wouldnt ever come back here or recommend it. They ignore walk ins and only prioritize phone orders. Id give lower than 1 star if possible. My wings were cold and the shorter girl with long hair was very rude and shooting dirty looks at all the costumers. We stood at the counter for at least 5 mins before someone even noticed us and there was a girl at the counter the whole time. Completely unorganized and a waste of ur money and time. ZERO STARS.

They gave me the wrong order so I can back in to exchange and I asked them if they were going to throw it away jimmy said yes I asked if I could give to the homeless man outside Jimmy took it from me and threw it straight in the trash Do not come here they don't support any causes so sad and he threw it in the trash with a smile Who does that ?????

Walked in, the worker told me to wait for someone so that i can order, the worker that was supposed to take my order finally came out of the restroom but on the phone. The place was empty and they were just standing around in front of me, not taking my order. Waste of my time, and i didnt place an order.

After paying $43 on some wings... it took them 40 mins to have it ready for me. Meanwhile, upon waiting, the people behind me got their order out first. Not just one but several people. I was upset as they didn't process my order in the proper order. The employees are not attentive. They let homeless people come in and talk crazy to the customers and let them use their restroom. After receiving my order for dine in, I asked for napkins since they failed to restock it. They gave me ONE a plastic utensil set as if that's enough napkin for me and my family. The employee copped an attitude because he had to get it at the back for restock. It's so annoying and I don't think I'll ever come back to this wingstop location again. Horrible service!!!

This stupid place is really going to forget ranch on my Uber eats order! How do you do that! Who the hell even wants these wings without ranch????? I'm so upset I will never order them again.
