I feel mistreated. Every time I came here the waiter got my order wrong and added one more dish. When confronted, he refused to take the dish back and make customer pay for it. Absolutely no understanding of American culture and courtesy. And they added 20% mandatory tips into my bill without prior notice for a group of 4. I am sure it is illegal.

How do you run out of rice at a Chinese restaurant? Brought my father for a Father's Day dinner. I was not aware that it was bring your own rice day. In addition, the first dish came out after 50 minutes. I also did not know it was cook your own food day. Spent a total of 1 hour and 20 minutes for 4 dishes to be cooked and had to order another dish since they ran out of rice. We only got served after the whole restaurant was empty.
Went and paid the bill, and I thoroughly believed that their service was undeserving of a tip, yet she insisted. Horrible service and poor preparation, HOW DO YOU RUN OUT OF RICE.
