Do not come to this yoshinoya the employees are very rude and unprofessional they have their sign that say We accept EBT when i when to buy two large bowls with the coupon and for spring rolls for $2.99 the machine did not accept and the cashier said that it does not take EBT, for future references don't come to this place 👎👎👎

Hands down the best Yoshinoya I've ever been to. The staff was nice and the food was great. Rice tastes like the rice I make at home. So good!!

Horrible service.. employee was very rude and obnoxious when I asked for more condiments. One would think with fast food workers in California getting paid $20 an hour that they would be happier and at least give better service to customers but unfortunately I have seen nothing but worse attitudes since. Yoshinoya would soon be added to my list of fast food eateries that I'm going to avoid.

Shout out to Cashier Joselyn. She brought me my food when she saw I was handicapped and couldn't move well. Good service and attitude. I ordered two large bowls. One beef and one chicken. They gave me a lot of beef but very little chicken in my opinion. I guess I got half lucky. They do charge extra for extra sauce and condiments. Be nice to the cashier and they'll hook you up

Paid for extra broth and still very dry. Very stingy with the condiments only gave me 2 packets per plate. No napkins and very rude. Also I ordered beef and chicken only got beef. Terrible place to go.

I asked for napkins... I got 2 napkins (I had ordered 4 plates, there was 4 of us). Same thing for pepper and ginger!!! She only gave me 2 and with attitude.

This place is getting more and more stingy by the day. Not only the service is rude but they are so stingy on the condiments. They only give 3 pack of ginger per bowl then but now they give only 2. Yet, they even try to skip the napkins. They give only when you ask. And when they do, only 1 piece of napkin per bowl. I never had any experience like this at other Yoshinoya restaurants. Doing business like this will not last. I am ordering else where from now on.

Really bad service. Rude and dismissive woman. Messed up our coupon deal and refused to change it (charged a combo deal when we ordered large; still only got one protein, didn't even get a combo). Never mentioned any extra charges for ribeye (not in person or even in the receipt). Food is significantly smaller than a few years back and prices are disgustingly overpriced.

On Wed 2-7-24 10am, a Chinese or Viet female clerk is mean and disrespectful to me as a customer. I am diabetic, and asked to use the toilet medical emergency, she told me to buy something first and restroom only for customers. I told her I have a Yoshi app and a coupon to buy afterward. She said not allowed until I pay first. I told her I will type a Google review, she told me doesn't care and whatever...I am sure Yoshi in Japan wouldn't do that to tell customers like that. Evening shift Hispanic ladies/cashiers are nicer and friendly. A reason just gave two stars.

For a small place like this, they did well. The service was good and so was the food. Ordered the extra large combo and split it between my me and my wife and left feeling full and satisfied.
