I come here all the time but I received some terrible service today. A sign was advertising $.89 for a Big Gulp and a Roller. I asked a question to the cashier which size Big Gulp goes with deal and he just nodded his head yes mumbling (he spoke very poor English). I go to fill up my large big gulp and the digital touch screen display for the fountain drinks was not functioning. Luckily I knew where the drink location was by memory and I filled up my drink.I put my drink on the counter with my one roller (taco and cheese) and it rings up to almost $3.00. I asked the same register person, "what happened to the deal?" and I look over and notice they took down the sign, He then fumbles with the sign mumbling and saying, "the deal is canceled." They would not adjust the price to the $.89 that was advertised in the store.This is the second time I've had to deal with signs being displayed in the store that a deal was not honered, and I was unable to communicate with the register person because they spoke poor English.

Went yesterday 3/23. Sign outside mentioned a sale 2/$4.50. I get the two drinks and at the register and cashiers keeps saying it's $5.50. I go back outside and tell him your sign says $4.50 and he just shrugged. Wouldn't even consider changing the price based on the sale they have posted in the window.

Used to love this 7-11 when they first opened, they’re super close to my house, recently they sold and new ownership is in place. Well ‘Vinkas’ has been one of the worst cashiers I’ve ever dealt with, he must ask 3-6 times if there’s anything else? Like bro I’ve already told you no 3 times. Well today I go in and when I go to pay I notice it didn’t ask for my phone number, because Vinkas already put his in, and he’s got tons of points!!! He’s been doing it for a while now. I’m done there, I’ll drive further. I won’t even get the propel fuel there anymore either. Fairly sure what he’s doing is against company policy if not illegal.

I have to give huge kudos to the guy at the cashier today (Saturday) at 5:55pm. My family and I were buying stuff at this place. Then, a woman standing behind yelled at the cashier, “Common! How long are these transactions going to take!??? “ The cashier politely replied, “When the customers are done buying their stuff.” I have to say, when she arrived she barely waited in line to throw a tantrum. Then, she proceeded to throw what she was going to buy at the cashier’s counter, and as she walked away, she yelled at the guy, “I have my kid in the car!!!”. The cashier mentioned that it was not on him that she left her kid in the car. I completely agree with him. If you go to a store, you cannot always expect there won't be a line. She could have gone and gotten her kid. No point in being fisty, especially when there was no line behind her. Also, I do not think I saw a kid in the car.I admire the politeness, patience, and fairness of this employee. It takes a lot of effort to remain patient with people with that ridiculous attitude. I congratulate this employee for his excellent customer service!!!! This store is also very neat and clean!!

Until tonight everyone was mostly excellent, but just now I arrived needed to use restroom before getting gas.. I was having some trouble getting my seven Jessica greeted me nicely enough at first.I believe because we have been in before, the other called Sophie I thinkregister I came to realize due to our stolen other pho I was unable to use my rewards

We've doordashed from this location numerous times and they always have a great selection of products and drinks. But the customer service is incredible! My boyfriend lost his wallet and I called earlier to see if maybe he left it there and I spoke to Cassie and she was so sweet and kind and helpful and assured me that she would reach out to her coworkers to see if they had seen it. Honestly, her thoughtfulness was so above and beyond that she helped ease my nerves and anxiety. Great customer service is hard to find and kindness is rare these days, but Cassie is an angel and 7-11 is very lucky to have such a stellar employee working for them!
