Pretty chill place to grab sushi and ayce japanese food. Food was good but service was subpar. Workers were very slow at cleaning tables and seating, even though it was partially empty.
The service was meh. Staff didn't seem to care. Cucumber salad was cucumbers with a drizzle of soy sauce. The udon stir fry was ok but served in an unappealing way. With so many other options nearby, they should definitely try harder. I wouldn't go back.
So good! Drove from Yuba City for dinner for the first time and it was such a lovely experience. I got the All You Can Eat Level A, which is a HUGE selection of items. The food was perfect - I had a specific taste I was looking for and easily found it. The staff was amazing, very attentive and kind. The atmosphere was casual and fun. An overall great place. I will definitely be back and recommend Akame to everyone I know!
