My party and I got severe food poisoning from this place. It’s been 3 days of diarrhea and vomiting. After speaking with some friends they also reported it to Bo taste as fresh. There was clearly some outbreak here that needs to be taken seriously. I don’t plan on ever going back
I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel I have to share my experience. I ordered a roll with raw salmon, and unfortunately, it resulted in serious food poisoning. It’s been two days, and I’m still recovering.
After this happened, I asked some friends about Arigato, and they told me they stopped going there a while ago due to poor service and concerns about the freshness of the ingredients.
Apparently, I’m not the only one who felt unwell after eating there. It’s really disappointing, especially since Arigato used to have a decent reputation. I hope the management takes this seriously before more people get hurt.
I really liked the sushi
we arrived before four different people and they didn't deign to seat us at tables! Even though those people arrived later than us! and they didn't have a table reserved! They didn't pay any attention to us! Very bad staff!!!
This place is pretty nice and affordable. However, what I didn’t like was when I ordered takeout, they asked for a tip. I always tip people, but the lady told me the tip would be $68 — seriously? I already paid over $400, and now I’m expected to add a huge tip on top of that? I understand tipping when you’re being served at a table and someone is bringing you drinks and food, but this was just a takeout order. I don’t think it’s fair to pay such a large tip in that situation, especially when it felt like I was being pressured into it.
Love this place so much, always my go to! The food has always been top notch and at not a bad price either. The owner is the sweetest lady and cares about her customers. I understand they are understaffed, but the service and food has always been super amazing!
Good sushi and service
Excellent sushi as always!
Lady was nice and professional. Joked with kids and we had a few laughs. Food was good no complaints. The interior needs an update cracked granite tables dirty or stained seats. My kid was getting out and snagged his shorts on broken table. I felt it, it was pretty sharp.
Food was delicious.

Terrible restaurant! I've been here about 5 times, and every single time the experience was awful. The service is beyond bad, but the worst part is the general manager. She is incredibly rude, unfriendly, and downright mean. Her behavior is consistently disrespectful and unprofessional — it’s like she thinks she’s above everyone else. She talks down to people, acts arrogantly, and clearly doesn’t care about customers at all. Every visit has been the same — zero courtesy, zero respect. I honestly don’t know how this place is still in business with that kind of attitude. Do yourself a favor and avoid Arigato — unless you want your day ruined by terrible service and a manager who treats people like garbage.
After a brief moment of awkwardly standing at the front counter, wondering if we had somehow mastered the art of invisibility, a friendly host finally appeared and swiftly guided us to our seats. We placed our order, fully expecting our spicy edamame to arrive as a warm-up act before the main event. However, the universe (or rather, our server) had other plans. Instead of the anticipated edamame appetizer, our drinks made a grand entrance, immediately followed by the sushi. By the time we realized the edamame had been forgotten, we decided to wave it off—after all, a full day of fasting had turned us into ravenous sushi-seeking missiles.
Speaking of sushi—this place never disappoints. The rolls were generously sized, packed with flavor, and beautifully presented. They say you eat with your eyes first, and our eyes were definitely feasting before our chopsticks even got involved. Every bite delivered a burst of fresh, satisfying goodness, making it impossible to stop at just one.
The restaurant had a steady flow of customers, but it never felt overwhelming. People trickled in and out, and by the time we were ready to roll (pun intended), we noticed a few open tables. Service was prompt, and despite the little mix-up, our server was polite and attentive.
Now, let’s talk ratings—I don’t throw around four stars lightly, especially when it comes to sushi. So, if you haven’t checked this place out yet and you happen to be in the area, consider this your official nudge. Go get yourself some sushi, and thank me later. Ciao!
awful customer service) the waitress spilled my sauce , and even didn’t say sorry
The waitress who stands at the reception and serves customers hates everyone who comes to you. Doesn't answer questions. Very unfriendly and never goes to meet. Came 40 minutes before closing, she said we can only cook to go. Asked for sauce. Didn't bring. Don't want to go here just because of this woman.
Always a Great Experience!
The food is always fresh and delicious! The customer service is consistently great, making every visit enjoyable. Highly recommend!
