I wanted a bagel, but I didn't know they close at 2 PM. I went here instead. The mall was crowded for a Friday. It took 20 minutes to find parking in the garage. They were out of pretzels and had to make more. It felt like it was more than 8-10 minutes, but it was worth it. There's something incredible about a pretzel. It's like the perfect snack. I went for the Sweet Almond Pretzel and Strawberry Lemonade.

There was a long line when we visited but the staff had a great flow going so we didn't wait long, 10 minutes tops. We enjoyed a cup of pretzel nuggets, 2 original pretzels, and 2 lemonades for under $30. Everything was tasty and we'll be back next time we're in the mall.

Don’t ever order online here! They’ll have you wait around like an idiot while everyone walks up and orders the same things you got. Waited over 10 minutes for them to shove the food in my face when I almost got in line to ask for a refund.

These are my favorite pretzels. This location is always out of the original salted pretzel though and I have to wait 10-20 minutes. The cheese sauce used to be heated but here it is cold, unfortunately. If you want warm cheese sauce- you can get it at the Pretzelmaker in the mall.

I doordashed them for the first time, only to get very dry, stale, old pretzel bites. They were hard as rocks. Yikes. Never again. I will add that they have amazing crushed ice so that was by far the best part!!! I do NOT recommend doordashing from here. Go there and ask for fresh food. When it's actually fresh, it tastes good. It's stupid you should have to ask for fresh smh.

We were given stale pretzel bites, we returned them and the employees told us there was a new batch coming out soon. We went shopping for 10 mins came back and we're given very burnt pretzels. When we went back one lady said to her coworker "he's back." Don't waist your time here Wetzles Pretzels on the first floor is much better.
