It was my first time visiting, and I noticed they had a mushroom burger on the menu. However, when I asked about it, they said they don't serve it. If that's the case, why is it on the menu? I ended up ordering the chili cheese fries instead, but they nearly spilled out of the box and almost got all over me. I also ordered a root beer cream freeze, which was quite disappointing; the shake wasn't filled all the way, and it had melted by the time I received it. Overall, I will not be returning here. It was a major letdown.

Food tastes good. But it was cold. Burger buns were just taken off of the fridge. People that worked there acted like they didn't want to be there. Went about 50 miles to eat at an A&W. Next time I will go to the one in Lincoln it's a little closer. And I would give them a 5 all 5s.

I absolutely love A&W! I grew up with their delicious root beer and fresh burgers and i'm so grateful there's one near me. I just saw an ad for their new 3/9 burger and it was so funny and cute, love Rooty!!

Food was great but what sucks is 1: the line was legit 3 cars but we waited close to 15 mins and 2: they only gave us 2 sauces for the whole meal

Their grill is broken so no hamburgers at all and you can't hear the lady or the man on the speakerThey need to put a sign at the drive through saying no hamburger we waited 30 minutes and couldn't get anything

I really like going to A&W/ KFC. I was excited when I moved to the area to find this one here. I've gone three times ad every time it was worse and worse. 25 minute wait time for chicken not having multiple sides and some of the worst customer service I've ever had. It wasn't even a lunch rush. I was the only car there.
