Everytime we try to order root beer floats or food it's never available. How this location is still open with so many one stars is beyond me. I know people like to get paid for doing nothing but sheesh.

The order / pickup line seems backward to me. Restroom doors have keypads on them. Food is always a great value.

I don't like this A&W or the other local one. Both are overpriced for what they are selling and the food is terrible!! Every time I go I think to myself "the food will be better this time" but it never is. I don't know if it's a management problem or a crew problem but something has to change!

Typical KFC/A&W restaurant. Sorta greasy but favorable chicken that is from what seem to be giant chickens. Especially when compared to Popeyes scrawny birds.

I ask for a papa burger combo and chicken tenders. At the window, the cashier tells me the total is $29 (she thought I ordered the tenders as a combo). When I politely tell her that I just want the tenders, not the combo, she insists that it’s more expensive for the tenders by themselves instead of the combo (how does that make sense?) and that she “doesn’t set the prices”. I just scratch the tenders, but have to get her attention again as she turns away because she never asked for my drink in the combo. With everything finally set, I park in the lot and wait for the food as I was told.Another dude comes out, gives me my food. No drink. Walks back inside before I can ask him where it might be. Gotta head back inside and ask for my soda firsthand. Wrong size given.Only reason this isn’t a one star is because the food (despite the fries being cold) tasted great, and I’m trying to recognize that. But good lord—I never thought fast food service could be THIS bad. I try to give the benefit of the doubt to all food workers, but at least pretend to care when you’re on the clock.

Second time i've been here and this is the second time my orders cane out wrong. Not to mention having to wait by the front and have 3 workers stumble to find the correct car for the correct order. Do not come here

Will never go back! Went during summer of 2020 through drive through in the evening, everything was fine until we got to the window. We paid and were instructed to pull around and park, and they'd bring our order out. We asked if we could just wait at the window and were told no because- and I quote - "It'll f*ck up my times". We pulled around and parked and a few minutes later, a teenage employee who appeared to be a person with disabilities came out with several bags of food and he went to every car asking what their order was, it was obvious the other employee at the window (whose name tag said he was the manager) hadn't told him which order belonged to which car, making the other employees job more difficult. I completely their survey from the receipt with a similar review and never heard one word from anyone. An employee uses profanity to a customer and inconveniences every guest by making them wait regardless of their order in order to fake his drive through times, Im sure to hit some metric, and whoever the owner is doesn't bother to even acknowledge the incident in the review? Pathetic and I will continue to share this experience with everyone I can!

When I was their I just got root beer, but I could hear the employees yelling at one of their coworkers diego. Calling him lazy and a jersey. Telling him to leave the store. I thought it was funny but not what you would expect at a restraint

Filthy inside. Shoes stuck to the floor. Food wasn't as ordered when I got home. Will never go there again.
