Been here a couple times and it was a good standard to get a burger, fish and chips, bar grub... that type of stuff. They have a nice outdoor patio area and a large interior, with live music at certain times. It's a popular restaurant. Soooo, we dropped in on St. Patty's day for lunch. The entire old town area was buzzing with revelers, which is awesome. We were seated outside, and our server came by to get our orders. But, then we waited and waited and waited....For an hour and 15 mins.... We watched other tables get seated, order, eat, and leave... still there we sat. Server only came back once to tell us 'our' order was in... In where? another state? I went in to speak with the manager, and she simply indicated the kitchen was backed up due to the volume of people. Yes, it's crowded, but yes it is also a huge dining/bar day, that they should have prepared full staffing for. And, why are others being served paid and gone...? Not happy at all. The experience really changed how I feel Bar101 is being managed. Maybe we will come back on an 'off' day, maybe we won't.
