I have lived in the area for 2 years and have only been to baskin robbins in the plaza twice. It’s a great location and Jocelyne was awesome and was knowledgeable on the new flavors/recommendations! Best mint chip in town! Thanks Jocelyne and the 31 flavors team !

My wife and I were struggling to find an ice cream shop that felt local. This location is the answer. We are greeted warmly every time, genuinely offered samples, and the employees are always kind and attentive. The Oreo Cold Brew is some of the best ice cream I've ever had. Love this Baskin Robbins!

This location has a phenomenal cake decorator she is very detailed,& skilled , my wife and I was extremely satisfied with her birthday cake we will come to this location for our next occasion thank you very much .

Visited this location for a custom ice cream cake. Service was awesome & they showed great patience to answer each of my enquires! The cake was tailored & well made in a professional way, according to my needs! Thanking you all for the wonderful cake which was the main highlight of the birthday party! The choice of picture didn't let us cut the cake ?but only from the sides!

Got excellent service from Gia.. Stopped in for a smoothie Gia was very polite and patient in explaining all my choices. I'm older so I appreciate good service from such a delightful young lady.

Gia was incredibly helpful. I showed up hoping for a custom, soccer themed cake same day. While that wasn’t possible to get done right at that moment, she did let me pick out an existing cake and let me add frosting to make a soccer field on it.Saved the day for this procrastinator!

One of the best experiences I had in a Baskin-Robbins , the employee was really helpful and offered samples for me to try before I made my purchase. This employee knows the value of a customer. I will be going back there again not so much for the ice cream but for the service I received here.

They were out of a lot of their flavors due to the fridge not working. We still got ice cream just not the flavors we truly wanted. Total bummer!
