Jamie was exceptional! We had a large family gathering at Sunsplash and she not only came in early to create the perfect cake for us, she took time out of her day and drove the cake over to us! We are so amazed by her willingness to go above and beyond and we are so thankful for her generosity! We cannot recommend her enough! ❤️❤️❤️

The server gave one of my kids an extremely small scoop. When I said something about it, she just gave a very Curt reply Even the other server said it was very small .
This was a year ago and the person was very young and may not be working there now.

very great customer server, the lady there today was extremely nice and friendly to us, she felt so bad when we they didnt have cotton candy. I went to safeway to get it and she offered me a cone and spoon, she was so nice

10/10 owners are amazing people. Staff has great customer service. The place is always clean.

They have delish Oreo cookies and cream, strawberry, chocolate and vanilla ice cream.

What a wonderful little treat for the kid in me, anujin was so helpful and we got excited what we wanted.

I have lived in the area for 2 years and have only been to baskin robbins in the plaza twice. It’s a great location and Jocelyne was awesome and was knowledgeable on the new flavors/recommendations! Best mint chip in town! Thanks Jocelyne and the 31 flavors team !

My wife and I were struggling to find an ice cream shop that felt local. This location is the answer. We are greeted warmly every time, genuinely offered samples, and the employees are always kind and attentive. The Oreo Cold Brew is some of the best ice cream I've ever had. Love this Baskin Robbins!

This location has a phenomenal cake decorator she is very detailed,& skilled , my wife and I was extremely satisfied with her birthday cake we will come to this location for our next occasion thank you very much .

Visited this location for a custom ice cream cake. Service was awesome & they showed great patience to answer each of my enquires! The cake was tailored & well made in a professional way, according to my needs! Thanking you all for the wonderful cake which was the main highlight of the birthday party! The choice of picture didn't let us cut the cake ?but only from the sides!
